Top Floor Slopeside Condo. Shared Hot Tub, Cozy Fireplace

This condo is located on the top floor of Founder’s Pointe, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex which offers an amenity rich base experience. Enjoy the roof deck featuring a pool sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace, free Wi-Fi. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Inside this modern condo is accommodations for four. This unit features a king bed and TV in the primary bedroom and a brand new (May 2021) leather sofa sleeper that comfortable sleeps two on on memory foam mattress, new living room furniture (July 2021)..as well as a new TV in the living room. After a day on the mountain, curl up in front of the gas fire, turn on the cable on the flat screen, and just relax. After making a meal in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, breathe in the fresh air and views of the slopes on your private balcony.

Parking fee during ski-season $24/ per vehicle per day).

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The swimming pool and gym are just 1.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 3.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Host was very nice and very prompt with communications. There was maintenance in the building, and they proactively reached out to make sure we still had a positive experience. Condo was clean, accessible for a wheelchair user, perfect size and layout for our family. Would have liked to know there was not an accessible shower. Just across the street from the mountain for an easy walk to skiing and the village. Beautiful property with a gorgeous hot tub and outdoor space. We had a few issues with the door codes not working, but the manager/owner responded right away to help. One night, the hot tub was unexpectedly not up to temperature, but otherwise a nice amenity. Two nights there was an odd, loud, high-pitched creaking/squealing sound from the room above us, which sounded at first like a squeaky door, but kept happening throughout the middle of the night. Never figured out what it was, but did impact our sleep. I do wish there was a fitness room. Excellent rate and great value for the location and quality. We’d stay again for sure.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

We enjoyed our summer getaway to the Rockies. The ski village is right there, so you can walk to the Gondola. Everything was clean and orderly in the little apartment. The parking was covered and conveniently on the lower level of the building. We could park right where the door takes you to the elevator. The bedding was luxurious, but the bed could use a new mattress. But that could be I'm so spoiled by ours. Thanks for a great stay!

Two-day stay at Winter Park resort

My husband and I had a few extra days to spend in Colorado after attending a conference. I have never been to the area before, so I was really looking forward to the short time we had left on our trip to enjoy the mountains. We were not disappointed. The rental was clean and perfectly appointed for our two days We spent time during the day touring the mountains and we visited Grand Lake. In the evening, we walked across the street to dinner and enjoyed the cool air as we dined outside. It was a good visit. Thank you.

Wonderful Family Spot

First time to Winter Park for skiing/snowboard vacation. Perfect location for WP Resort, across the street from wonderful shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and wonderful for a family stay. The hot tub was a delight each day after skiing/snowboarding. Definitely keeping this place on my list for our next WO vacation.

Great stay, a tight fit with 4 people and all the ski stuff (jackets, bibs, helmets) kitchen could use more tableware. Had to run the dishwasher after every meal. The newly renovated hot tub was delightful!

Great Condo

The condo was spotless, roomy, and had a fully stocked kitchen. The bed was super comfy. The views to the slopes were amazing! It’s only a 3-minute walk to the gondola! I didn’t find anything negative. I’ll definitely be back!
