You'll be a few minutes by shuttle from world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking at Winter Park Resort, and a short stroll from the pool and hot tub at the rec center in Beaver Village.

This condo sits up on the third floor, offering lovely views of the surrounding woodland neighborhood. As you return from a day spent on the slopes less than three miles south, you can shed your gear on the hooks and bench by the door and step inside to warm up by the wood-burning fireplace. The living room also includes a cable TV and doors that connect to the shaded balcony.

There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances to assist you in preparing afternoon snacks and hearty dinners, as well as ample space to dine at the peninsula breakfast bar and the adjacent table. Additional amenities include TVs in all three bedrooms and free WiFi throughout.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
