Renovated Condo near the Slopes and Trails

The perfect getaway...Remodeled, beautifully decorated Condo right in the town of Winter Park. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs, shops, bowling alley & movie theater. Condo is on the Winter Park Bus Line for a Free Shuttle to Winter Park Resort for easy access to the slopes! The remodeled club house has an indoor pool, three hot tubs, game area, fitness room and laundry facilities. Tons of “perks”, DVD player with movies at your disposal, Cable TV, board games, Wi-Fi & more.

This is an end unit Condo on the second floor with a deck to enjoy the mountain views and relax while in Winter Park. The Condo can sleep up to ten people but not meant for 10 adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached 3/4 bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full sized (can sleep 4 kids) and the other a twin bunk (can sleep 2 kids). Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The entire condo has new furnishings and a great wood burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings in Winter Park.

Nestled in the pine trees, the river runs through the Hi Country Complex with fantastic views. The FREE SKI SHUTTLE picks you up right outside the Condo and takes you a couple miles to the ski slope.

Great weekend getaway!

Great location and amenities. Everything you need to enjoy a few days in the mountains. Our only issue was the bed in one of the rooms being incredibly squeaky. We couldn't roll over or get up without making a lot of noise.

Won’t be returning or recommending

The condo is tiny and I can’t imagine 10 people in it, especially in the common areas. The condition of the condo is far below expectations, and calling it “renovated” is misleading. Items like pots handles dangling off, original carpet in the bedrooms, and a fridge that ruined our produce (by freezing it even on the lowest setting) were huge disappointments. Cleanliness was also an issue with dirty dishes and hair. Other issues include old mattresses, no ski storage, no Tupperware or ziplocks, mismatched/scratched pots with lids that don’t fit, no space for groceries, and no alarm clocks. You can hear people walking above day and night. It’s a basic, no-frills space and not worth the money. The advertised amenities, like the rec center, wasn't great. The indoor and outdoor hot tubs didn’t have a free seat from 4pm-7pm, and the smaller one was drained and out of order.The owner was hard to communicate with and seemed only interested in making money, rather than providing a good guest experience. After our stay, her assistant contacted us to ask how much toilet paper and tissues we used (our whole family had colds and bloody noses from the altitude), how many trash bags we went through (1/day), and how many loads of dishes we did in the tiny dishwasher (6-8 for the entire weekend). The assistant tried to excuse it as preparing for future guests, but it was intrusive, rude and unnecessary. I would steer clear and book somewhere nicer for the same or lower price.

We had a great time, condo was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was clean and convenient to WP ski hill. The kitchen and dining area are a bit small for a 3 bedroom,.The pool is very nice and very close to this condo.

Great Location, Quiet Building

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is right next to the Clubhouse and Lift stop, so it was very convenient. The building was a lot quieter than others we have stayed in.We brought our dogs and this condo was very dog friendly. We loved that they provided sheets to cover furniture so the dog hair was easily contained.The condo has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, even a hair dryer and a space heater for colder temperatures. The kitchen area is a little on the smaller side, however with 3 bedrooms we had plenty of space to store things and spread out. It has a nice open feel with the way it’s laid out.The only con was that the building itself is not very insulated, so it can get cold in the condo. The owners take care of that by providing a lot of extra blankets for the beds, so it’s not really a big deal. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Daughter's 10th birthday

It was everything I needed. Condo is the closest to the pool house. There was a nice area at the pool house where we ate pizza. Pool manager was super nice. Kids had a great time in the pool and 2 indoor hot tubs and 1 outdoor hot tub. Beds at the condo were super comfortable. Place was clean and warm. Would definitely use again.

Christmas Ski Trip

Really this property is in a great location, I don’t think we were more than 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, easy access. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us(adults). My only suggestion to the owners would be to invest in two new mattress for the two bedrooms that had the queen beds. Otherwise great place.

This place!

This place is great! We will definitely stay again! There is a bus stop about 100' away to take you to the resort, the other bus stop is a 3-5min walk. Its also located right next to the fitness center and hot tubs! The owners and the management company are great to work with too! I can not say enough good things!
