Rated by a resort decorating expert as 'the best' rental unit she evaluated in the Beaver Village Condominium complex. Completely remodeled in 2007. Hand scraped maple hardwood flooring installed in the bedrooms in 2014. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..Light and spacious top floor condo with 20 ft. vaulted ceilings and skylights. All this plus FREE high speed private secured internet network.
Beautifully remodeled with new birch kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, gorgeous travertine backsplash, center island with bar stools and all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen, livingroom and bedrooms have hardwood flooring. The hallway and bathrooms have slate flooring. The bathrooms, recently remodeled, have maple cabinets and slate on floor and walls. Bathrooms have in floor heating. Our condo has a floor to ceiling, stone, gas fireplace in the livingroom.
Our condo is decorated in warm colors and quality art work. The furnishings are top quality. 55” QLED smart TV in living area. Sonos sound bar for quality sound. The bedrooms have 1080 HD tvs and dvd players. The complex has dvds available for guests.
We have mountain, ski resort and forest views from 2 balconies. We are located in a wooded setting, 2 miles from the Winter Park ski resort base and within walking distance to downtown. The club house has a swimming pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, laundry, computer for guests, party room and game room. The free shuttle bus to downtown and the resort stops in front of our condo, go to mylifywp.com for schedule.
Our condo is fully equiped with everything you will need and you will find it in immaculate condition. Our rates are 25-30% lower than rental companies. Owner rates will save you $$$$. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. There are 32 steps up to our condo. Well worth the effort to enjoy the Mountain View from our deck and our 20’ vaulted ceilings. However, for the elderly and small children with ski boots it can be an effort. We are 75 and 80 year olds and still make the climb.

Great place!

Very nice unit. It was clean and in great shape. Good location on the south end of downtown. The pool and hot tubs were gross but that's not why we chose this place so it didn't effect out stay.

Perfectly convenient

Stayed for a week with our family. Climb to the top floor was not an issue. Unit was a great size, well appointed and extremely comfortable for a family of 4. Ski shuttle is incredibly convenient (although rarely ran on published time table). Owner was responsive and great with communications. Would stay here again.

Great condo in great location

The condo is beautiful and offers numerous enhancements that are rarely found in short-term rentals. The bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled, and my wife particularly loved the double vanity in the master bathroom and the heated floors. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was very well-stocked with cookware and various cooking essentials, making meal preparation a breeze.I had to contact the condo owner twice, and he was very quick to respond and address our concerns. We were so impressed with the condo that we rebooked the same unit for our next ski trip. Additionally, the convenience of the ski shuttle picking up directly in front of the condo was a fantastic bonus.

Cozy and Clean

Our stay was uneventful (the best kind). The condo was well appointed and we had everything we needed for our short stay in Winter Park. Location was perfectly situated between town and the slopes. We will definitely remember Raymond and this place, should we return to beautiful Winter Park.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Stay

This property has everything! We were so comfortable after each day of skiing. My family loved our stay. The communication with the owner, Raymond, was excellent. We loved the pool amenities; the shuttle to the ski area was on time and offered great service; the condo had everything you could want. Our family looks forward to returning!

A lovely stay

Our stay was cut short due to inclement weather. Instead of spending two nights, we only spent one. We would have loved to have been able to stay both of our booked nights! The property is absolutely beautiful! Directions were easily seen, everything we needed was provided, and the heated floors were a nice perk!

Great accommodations and convenient location.

The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable with plenty of circulation space. There is a bus to Winter Park that picks up directly in front of the condo building and gets you to the mountain in roughly 10 minutes. Great accommodations overall.

The condo was comfortable & well provisioned. The only downside was the Lift shuttle bus which did not adhere to the posted schedule. It either was very late or did not arrive at all. Many guests were stranded & waited so long they took their own cars

Wonderful Time

My girls and I went up to Winter Park for a weekend getaway. We had such a wonderful time and the condo was perfect! Very cute, very neat, and very convenient. The owners were extremely prompt with communicating with us. I have flagged this property as one I will look for in the future when I need a place there.
