An open concept kitchen offers high end appliances, beautiful granite countertops and an attractive kitchen bar with seating. The main level balcony features a gas grill and outdoor dining table, perfect for summer meals. Wander down to the lower level to discover a second large lounge area with a convertible pool/ping pong table and a second kitchen/wet bar. The lower level patio features a private hot tub, with wonderful views of the slopes at Winter Park Resort. Additional WOWs include two car garage with EV charger (14-50 plug), mudroom, ski lockers, upper level loft with writing desk and inviting chaise lounge, and plenty more unique amenities to keep everyone having fun with space to spare.

When you're ready to relax, head to one of the six plush bedrooms. Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 10pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage, & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD during winter months.
