Perfect Location! - EV charger, downtown, shuttle, + private hot tub & garage!

This gorgeously appointed townhome is perfectly situated within walking distance to downtown WP and the shuttle to Winter Park resort. A level 2 EV charger is available to guests. Our townhome is perfect for families! It has a private hot tub off the kitchen and has very fast internet speeds (up to 600 mb) for those needing to work or attend class.

The Townhome offers three bedrooms with a KING bed in the master bedroom. The second upstairs bedroom contains a queen bed with a twin loft bed. The lower bedroom suite has a queen over queen bunk bed which is perfect for 4 teens or a couple with kids on the top bunk. Unit sleeps up to 8 people.

Each bedroom has it's own private bath! The bedroom configuration can sleep up 6-8 adults or 4 adults with 6 kids. Additionally, we have a crib mattress that is perfect for small kiddos and a pack-n-play. Each bedroom has a PureGuardian humidifier as the mountain air can be so dry. Fans are offered as well.

The main level offers a cozy gas fireplace, TV with an Apple TV, and a nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Sit on the front deck and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains or enjoy relaxing in the private hot tub. The townhome has a heated garage for your car but more importantly for your skis and/or bikes.
A new Bullfrog hot tub was installed 2024. The hot tub is professionally maintained to ensure cleanliness.
Professionally decorated and furnished to the highest standards.

Located just steps away from the bus pick up for the shuttle (Orange Line) to the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski area. Perfect location for winter get-aways or come up in the summertime (our favorite). Tons of activities both in the winter and summer.

Well located ski house

We spent a great long ski weekend at the house. It's very well located (10 minutes from Winter Park by car) and the hot tub was well maintained. Heated garage access with a ski rack was also a plus.

Christmas week w/family

Close to downtown, cozy townhome. Hit tub was clean. Host had a Xmas tree & decos for the holidays which was a nice surprise. Very clean all the rooms. All apps were available to us. Lots of stairs from garage to very top to bedrooms so may not be convenient for people with difficulties with knees & hips. Host available to call or text with questions. Very helpful. Enjoyed our week stay.

A perfect summer vacation spot!

We enjoyed a great week’s stay in Winter Park. The house was perfect for our family of 6 (with 4 teenagers). Plenty of room for the kids to spread out and enough common area for us all to be together. The house was so well stocked. I always pack extra supplies (trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc), but the house had everything we needed for the week! Restaurants are an easy walk from the house, and lots of great hiking nearby. Great owners and great property!

Great time!

We had a great time! The property was clean and well stocked with more than you would ever need! I could have packed half of the things I did because there was so much provided at this condo! The host was easy to communicate with and provided any information you could need to navigate the town, check in and check out easily. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a nice bonus! Thanks for a great stay!

This was the perfect place to come back to after days of skiing at Winter Park! Host also alerted us to Berthoud Pass closures, and other things out-of-towners wouldn't know. Five Stars!

Family Ski Trip

We had a great stay at Nikki's property. The condo was very well suited to our needs. We vacationed with our 5 adult children and a few of their spouses. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs and each bedroom had it's own full bath which was VERY helpful. The first floor half bath served as our emergency only bathroom and this worked out very well. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. I loved the cookware. Better than what I have at home. The location is just a few steps (like maybe 50 yeards) from the bus line that takes you right into the Winter Park ski resort. It was super convenient. We enjoyed the hot tub also. Nikki was also very accessible and helpful. We experienced car trouble and she went out of her way to get us information on some auto shops that could do the necessary repairs. Overall we had a great stay and would certainly stay again.

Beat my expectations!

First and foremost, the condo itself was beyond my expectations. It was evident that the host had put a great deal of thought and effort into making it a comfortable and welcoming space. One thing that really stood out was how well stocked the condo was. Everything I needed was readily available, from kitchen essentials to extra linens and towels. It felt like a home away from home, ensuring that I didn't have to worry about a thing during my stay. The location of the condo was absolutely perfect. It was conveniently situated within an easy walking distance to both Main Street. My girls, in particular, adored the proximity to Wolf Park, and it quickly became one of their favorite spots. Our family had an unforgettable time, and we are already planning our next visit. Oh, the hot tub was a real treat and so easy too! You won't be disappointed.

Perfect in every way!

We enjoyed our stay here with our pup so much! The condo is very comfortable, the hot tub amazing and there is a really cool trail to walk the dog right down the street. Owner was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Perfect Ski Week

This townhome exceeded our expectations. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The details made our stay wonderful. The proximity to the Lift stop made it easy to get back and forth to the Mountain everyday. We enjoyed being close to town for dinner, but were able to eat in easily a few nights due to having all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. Great week in Winter Park!

Amazing condo perfect stay

Spent a wonderful few days at this amazing condo. Beautiful views, cozy clean interior and close to downtown. Everything we needed was provided and the owner responded to all questions quickly! Soaking in the hot tub after some long hikes felt like a gift. Would definitely recommend!

Family Ski Stay

We had an excellent experience with this property and owner! The property was VERY clean - which is one of the most important factors to me when renting. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in one that was so well appointed with supplies and extras. Nikki thought of everything, making sure all bases are covered for her guests and was very responsive to our communication. I appreciated the clear and timely instructions for check-in/check-out - it was seamless! Everything was as we hoped for our ski at Winter Park. Which is only a short drive away and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing sore muscles in the evenings. I’d highly recommend this property!
