Newly Furnished Condo w/ fireplace. Easy & private Access to shared Hot Tub.

  • This bright and spacious condo is newly refurbished and only 200 steps to the Gondola. The primary bedroom has a king size bed (there's a twin folding bed underneath suitable for a child or teen). In the living room there is a new sleeper sofa. A new 50-inch Smart TV is equipped with a sound bar and sub-woofer through which you can play music using the TV’s apps or your own Bluetooth device. The kitchenette (with full size fridge) features a medium sized oven capable of cooking just about anything you like. Sore after an adventurous day? Enjoy a soak in the large soaking tub.
    This particular condo is located on 3rd floor with direct access to amenity deck. Hot tub is just a steps from the condo.

    9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

    LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

    NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

    This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

    Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

    Parking fee during ski-season $24/ per vehicle per day).

    For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

    Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Our family of four enjoyed staying here for a quick ski trip. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day.

Our stay was wonderful! Charlotte was so helpful right from the start. She was very responsive and always available. The condo was just as expected - with an extra bonus being a heated bidet! The easy access to the hot tub was my husband's favorite part of the trip. We had friends at the Zephyr which was literally across the street so it was easy to meet up for skiing, drinks or dinner. The property was quiet, beautiful and the view from outside was amazing! We would definitely return!

Summer Mountain Magic

Wow! I'm sure this resort is a skier's paradise in winter, but it is also absolutely magical in summer! Location, amenities, pricing, activities, food, views are all amazing. It's also an easy and fairly quick drive to the Kawuneeche entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved our time here and hope to return!

The condo was very clean with everything you’ll need for your stay. The location is key for your hot tub needs. Just walk out the patio and relax.

Great location and well kept unit

We've stayed in several units in this and the neighboring building and this is one of the best units. It is clear the owners and the property manager take good care of the unit. Great location - easy walk to Gondola and base Village.

Excellent base location

Family of 4 with a boy and a girl, we needed the extra cot for sleeping, and this fit our needs. Easy to get to the slopes and the Village shops and restaurants. You just walk right across the road. Especially nice to have the hot tub right outside the patio and great in the snow to have a parking garage.

Awesome!

Fantastic location. Super clean. Comfortable. Loved the Keurig machine and the Seventh Generation dish soap. Great TV set up and great instructions for everything. Loved the large bathtub. Spacious. And hot tub is just outside the backdoor of the condo. Loved it!
