Beautiful home, great location

Really wonderful stay at a beautiful, new home in a perfect location that fit our large group of skiers easily. We loved having easy access to the resort shuttle, a hot tub for after our days on the mountain, and a big kitchen for family meals. The heated floors were an incredible bonus! Not great for any who have mobility issues due to the stairs, but an incredible stay for our group.

Great Location and Property - good service recovery

Overall, the experience was great and the property in great condition. I would rate this property as one of the best that we have stayed at in Winter Park over the past 20 years. The only opportunity to improve was the responsiveness of the property management company. The house did not have any bathroom soap, shampoo, lotion despite having dispensers mounted to the shower wall. It took over 24 hours for these basic supplies to be delivered. We went out an bought our own supplies as showering with soap takes on a higher importance after skiing and after a hot tub. To their credit, the management company did offer free events to acknowledge our inconvenience - this was a very nice gesture! On Note: The hot tub is over the master and the motor can be heard in the room. This did not bother me at all; however, my wife is a light sleeper and the cycling of the motor did disturb her sleep. The view from the hot tub was spectacular so its location on the roof made sense. Otherwise, it was a clean and well organized property with a fully stocked kitchen.

Fantastic space and location

We loved this townhouse. It was 2 families and we were plenty comfortable. Lots of space, kitchen was amazing. Location so close to town was great. My only recommendation is that instructions for how to use the microwave are included - it took us 2 days to figure it out! We'd definitely stay again.

Winter Park family ski trip

This amazing property was chosen for its beauty, amenities and proximity to the resort. Our family could not be more pleased. The description and photos are accurate and home was immaculate. Top of the line appliances and a well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and enjoy family time. Rooftop hot tub during a little evening snow was magical. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this property!

Mountain Home Experience

I wanted to take my family to a nice comfortable cozy home in the mountains. After researching numerous properties, I decided to book this beautiful home. Because of its central location on Main Street and being a new construction. Upon arrival we noticed some minor issues with cleanliness and “technical” issues that we brought up to management and they did respond relatively quickly. We immediately explored the home and all its amenities. The roof top terrace is a really nice touch as it oversees the neighborhood and you have clear view of main street and the snow capped mountains, it also has a jacuzzi and fire pit for the whole family to enjoy. The home has 4 levels so it’s not for everyone cause it’s an exercise on its own to go up and down. The main level has a gourmet kitchen which we enjoyed every night on the spacious dining table and outside on the balcony a very nice built in stainless steel grill. However In my personal opinion for the asking daily rate I would not recommend.

Couples Trip

We were looking forward to our stay in Winter Park. The pictures did reflect the property. We had a wonderful stay and loved the view. It was three couples, a total of 6 of us. It is convenient to the resort, restaurants, and other stores. I wasn't as impressed with all of the construction that was happening just steps away. I felt like we were in an industrial park. Once inside, it felt different. The home was beautiful. It did not provide extra towels we had to wash them, and it was only there for three days. One thing about this house is to be prepared to walk up ALOT stairs. I would not recommend it to kids or elders.
