Luxury villa with private hot tub and just minutes to Winter Park Resort!

3 bedroom 2.5 bath with every amenity in highly requested and coveted upscale Lakota neighborhood with breathtaking mountain views and located directly across the street from Winter Park Resort. Steps away from "The Lift" free shuttle to the ski village and downtown.

The lower level has two bedrooms and full bathroom perfectly situated between the two rooms. One room holds a queen size bed with large closet and office space. The other downstairs bedroom is perfect for the kids or two additional couples with two queen beds and also has ample closet space which is stocked with a pack-n-play crib and child cot. Master king bed suite is on upper level with private bath including jetted tub, double sink and separate shower. The lower deck holds your luxurious private hot tub with towels, towel warmer and hooks and of course the majestic mountain views.

Entrance to the home on the main level through the front door welcomes you with many hooks for coats and if you enter through the one car heated garage you'll find the mudroom with many more hooks and heated boot and glove drying stands for your convenience and use. There is a powder room in the immediate hallway.

The main living area boasts extensive vaulted ceilings in the great room and kitchen and dining open layout with massive stone hearth and gas fireplace and the most amazing views of the mountains and resort! The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils any cook or bartender would ever need including custom counter top wine cooler and has three bar stools at the raised granite bar top counter. The dining room table seats eight and is next to the upper deck which has table, four chairs and a gas grill.

The entire home has a radiant in-floor heating system with separate climate controls in each room so all the wood and tile floors are continuously warm. Each bedroom and room has a humidifier, fan and space heater for your comfort. All of your families' entertainment needs are met including Smart TVs throughout for streaming your favorite apps, a Bluetooth Amazon Alexa to stream your favorite music, Xfinity cable, free high speed internet and plenty of board games, card games, puzzles and books.

The neighborhood is quiet and private and is just a couple miles from Fraser with many wonderful bars and restaurants, shopping, nightlife, bowling and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Town also has the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, 2 gymnasiums and a children's playground. Your home away from home is situated close to the Arapaho National Forest and the famous Fraser/Granby trail system. And the popular recreation areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are a mere 30 minutes away.

So, whether you want to have an adventure skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing, white water rafting, fishing, biking, hiking, or golf, or if you'd like to just get away from it all and read, relax, rest and let your worries melt away by the cozy fire, this home is your perfect Rocky Mountain get away. We would love to have you to our wonderful family retreat and are certain you will want to return again and again.

Parking space is limited to two vehicles: one inside the garage, one in the driveway. Only small vehicles will fit in the garage.

Perfect Spot

Our family (2 adults and 2 boys ages 5 & 7) went up for a few days of skiing. First of all, the house is amazing. It is clean with impeccable amenities. It is so close to the ski hill. There is a shuttle that picks you up just a few houses down and takes you to the mountain. Would 100% stay here again.

Tracey leaves the place very well stocked. About a hundred foot walk to bus to Winter Park base Called her due fact internet would not work for the four of us. She got right on it and resolved the problem remotely. Thank you again

Outstanding amenities & location, my two adult children from Denver thoroughly enjoyed our visit from the west coast in your beautiful, ski adjacent home. All the alpine joys one might imagine made our visit comfortable and special, plus the view of Winter Park slopes with lovely birds feeding in the foreground outside your panoramic windows were spectacular! Great location for our family ski trip!

There were some weather-related travel issues getting to Winter Park, but our townhome was a pleasant surprise. As advertised, the unit is very clean and well maintained. From the large family room, the stocked kitchen to the warmth of the fireplace it was like being at home. The hot tub was fantastic! The unit is located very close to the ski shuttle, this was a huge advantage for us - just a short walk to the bus. Communication with the owner was easy and all went as planned. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing Property Even Better Host

Not even sure where to start. This property is nothing short of a amazing. A quick drive to Mary jane, downtown area or even a walk to the main ski area. The house was clean, well organized and had all of the luxuries you would expect for a stunning mountain house. What was even better than the actual house was the host Tracey! We had some travel plans change and she worked with us the whole way. She was responsive, understanding and so kind. I have stayed on many rental properties but I can say this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I look forward to staying here again and hope others have the chance to as well!

Great place to stay for off resort access to the mountain, directly across the street. Free shuttle within hundreds of steps running every 20 min drops you right at the gondola. Open floor plan with only the master suite on the upper floor. Grocery store10 min drive. Tracey was easy to work with and responsive to any questions. Pack ski gear, a bathing suit for the hot tub and pajamas because that is pretty much all you need!

Wonderful views and Bird TV!

We loved this home, where our family of four fit comfortably with everyone having their own room. The views of Winter Park are awesome and our dogs loved the Bird TV (bird feeders) they could see out the window. We loved our stay!

Perfect for a birthday trip!

We stayed at Tracey’s place for a birthday snowboard trip and had an amazing stay! She was incredibly responsive and accommodating regarding check in/out. The shuttle was very convenient, about a minute walk to the stop and under 5 minute ride to drop off at the base. The grocery store was only a 10 minute drive, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed with a good variety of pots/pans/utensils. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of riding, and we melted into the couches in front of the fireplace each evening. Everyone in our group found the beds to be very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!!

Amazing location and responsive owner

This was our first time staying in Lakota, and we found the location and view(s) amazing. We loved the layout of the townhome, with so many windows facing the ski mountain, and the various levels allowing for some privacy within the group. Tracey, the owner, was very responsive despite it being a holiday week. We would love to stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks Tracey and family for sharing your lovely home.
