Great 4 days in Winter Park

There were 7 adults and we found the townhome just perfect for our stay! The townhome was so warm and inviting! The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, and appliances! We did almost all our eating around the big table! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean! A great stay that will fill our hearts for years!

Probably best location in Winter Park. Four levels of living space spread us out nicely including great well stocked kitchen area. Owners were very responsive to our minimal requests. Will hopefully be able to return one of these years.

Great property for a large group. Our group was 4 senior couples. The biggest complaint was the steps. Just a few adjustments could be made such as; more garbage cans throughout, better coffee pot, the shower head in the main bathroom needs an upgrade as well as the mattress that is much too hard. Minor stuff and we would love to visit again. Can't beat the location.

Fantastic stay from start to finish! Great family home with space for everyone. Grandkids could play while parents worked remotely. Very convenient to restaurants, groceries and park. Short ride to ski resort. Would stay again!

Family celebration

Property worked well for my family celebration. Quick drive to resort for skiing and snowshoeing, close to shuttle as well, walkable for restaurants and groceries. Well equipped for cooking. Coffeemaker was unique, have never used one that stores coffee inside after made. Parking great, close to overflow parking in the complex. Owner responded quickly to questions.

Great place!

Amazing place to stay. Carole was amazing and answered all of my questions. The only hiccup we had was that there is a cat apparently comes to the house frequently so some of our party had to use a lot of allergy medicine. Would definitely recommend this place though.

Family Ski Trip

Our family of 8 enjoyed this location very much. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy each other. The Hot Tub was a big hit after a full day of skiing. Lift Shuttle is only a couple hundred yards walk. Location near the center of town with easy access to eating. Only draw back is there are a lot of stairs in this unit. However, the positives far out weigh the only negative.

Great house

This house was wonderful. There are a lot of stairs but we managed. Kids loved having their own area. Lots of kitchen amenities and was nice having the 2 eating areas. Enjoyed the hot tub also. Would stay again/

210 Red Quill Way

The unit was very spacious! It was a great place to have a family reunion. The owner provided many extra supplies, amble linens, and many games. We would recommend this beautiful townhouse for anyone who loves the outdoors. It is walkable to many good restaurants and about 45 minutes from the Rocky Mountan national Park where we spent a lot of time.

Winter Park Spring Break

Excellent property and property owners. We were scheduled to check in during winter storm Xylia. The owner was very accommodating during this time and worked with us during our entire stay!Everyone enjoyed the stay but the hot tub was a huge hit with the kids!
