Featuring a coveted corner location with ski area views, ski in ski out accessibility, modern design & decor and multiple sleeping options, this condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a weeklong ski trip. Spread out in the large living room with a gas fireplace, whip up dinner in the full size kitchen and rest easy in one of the two bedrooms after a fun day on the slopes & trails in Winter Park. You'll also love the base area location at Winter Park Resort, just steps from incredible shopping, dining, and nightlife.

    Additional amenities include a large outdoor amenity deck with huge hot tubs, gas grills, outdoor seating & fire pits, plus ski storage, underground parking (fee applies in winter), private washer & dryer, keyless entry, remote check-in and more!

    Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen + Twin/Twin bunk room, plus a Queen EZ-bed. Sleeps up to eight guests.

FAB Summer Location

Loved the view, the deck, the breeze, the sound of the brook below, and the lovely hottub for the cool evenings. Great decor and well stocked kitchen.

This place was great! It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed at. It was fully equip with anything and everything I needed. I would highly recommend this location but especially the company.

Great communication and location

Beautiful deck that overlooked the pond. Great location to restaurants and the public shuttle. Communication was amazing and received texts or notice within minutes thank you for a memorable trip!

Fantastic Vacation

We throughly enjoy our time at Founders Point! Super clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials and wonderful property. Great proximity to everything Winter Park has to offer! Plus, heated parking garage is a game changer. We will be back.

Perfect location!

We stayed here for a quick getaway- nicely upgraded unit in a great complex. We chose this unit specifically to be close to the ski/ base area, and couldn't have been happier. Love that that this company offers upgraded bedding with duvet covers that are laundered after every stay. We will be returning!

We had such an amazing stay! We got text in the morning before checkin to make sure we were ready! The condo was across the street from Winterpark ski center! Amazing views condo was perfect! Appreciation to the management company for making us feel so welcomed and so informed! Thank you!

Amazing Stay

Very happy with our recent rental. The location was a stone's throw from the gondola. Amenities were perfect and the size of the condo was spacious for 2 adult and 3 kids. The service from the management company was great - used texts to keep us informed and up to date on all aspects of the condo and mountain. We would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful Winter Park Getaway

Our stay at Founders Pointe was the perfect getaway for my son's birthday. The unit looks right out on the slopes and the village and has a huge balcony. The living room area is spacious and the communication from the Winter Park Lodging Company was superb - there was even a welcome gift of goodies upon our arrival. The ability to walk to the village and the gondola and store your skis in the ski locker make this an ideal location for a ski vacation. Highly recommend!

This condo is clean and in a great location! Our only complaint is the mattresses and bed pillows are terrible. If those were replaced this would go from 2 to 5 stars.

Great Experience Ski In/Out

We had a great stay at Founders Point. There were plenty of linens and we even used the pop up bed. It stays very warm in the condo so we slept with windows cracked to cool it down at night. The location and view were great. The lockers and wagons were very useful for ski equipment. Be sure to park in the right area of the parking garage because it services a few different buildings.

Love it here! If you’re looking to stay in winter park this is the place! The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, trash bags, and includes 2 loads of washing powder. Plenty of towels and bathrooms spacious. The washer and dryer in condo was a big plus for us. Great location within the resort! Easy walk to alpine slide and other amenities. Loved that this building is just outside the busiest part of the resort very quiet and relaxing. Close to the community hot tub and fire pits! I really appreciate that Winter Park Lodging offers discounts for parking in the parking garage as well!Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful Location

We love staying at this location in Founders Pointe. The parking is so easy and a quick walk to the slopes. The condo has all of the amenities (shampoo, lotion, tea, coffee, laundry detergent, hot tub towels) you need and nicely upgraded decor and the beds are comfortable. Luggage carts are provided to easily bring all of your belongings up. If you hear the snowplow in the morning you know it's time to get up and hit the slopes. We will be back!

Good stay for NYE

The location of the property was amazing and away from a busy street. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable, as well as the places to sit and hang out. I would recommend this place if you plan to spend little time in the unit and only use it as a place to sleep/shower. If you plan on doing any cooking, or hanging out in the living room I would stay elsewhere as the floors and kitchen weren't as tidy as the bedrooms/bathroom. Bedrooms were adequately furnished and very clean.

Great family trip!

The condo we stayed was great! We made some great memories! We had stayed in Founders resort a couple years ago and that condo was great as well but it was on the other side of the condo from the elevators, but condo 4541 was perfectly located right next to the elevator! The only downside was everything closes so early at the resort, the stores are closed by 5pm and the restaurants close around 7pm. Which has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a good heads up for future stays. The hot tub is fabulous! We used the grills to cook dinner several times. We went on several day trips around the towns close to Winter Park. Our favorite trip was to Steamboat Springs, we rented tubes from Backdoors sports. It was so much fun!

Great Unit

Super comfortable unit. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Very accommodating and responsive property management company. I would have no hesitation to book this unit again. My only (very minor) complaint would be they need to update the televisions in this unit. Made watching the NFL playoffs after a day of skiing a bit disappointing. And you can buy decent 4K TV's so cheaply now I can't imagine why they have old TV's in such a fantastic condo. Again, the TV's are a very minor complaint — this is a phenomenal condo in a perfect location run by a great property manager... and after staying in several different units at Winter Park this one is easily my favorite due to space, view, and overall comfort. 5 star stay.
