The Neighborhood
This property is situated along the skier corridor connecting Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park Resort, allowing true ski-in/ski-out convenience for intermediate skiers and above. Downtown Winter Park is 1.5 miles from your door, and the Winter Park Ski Resort base is just 0.6 miles away. Guests can easily access the ski corridor which is an easy run going directly to the base of Winter Park and the gondola.
Building amenities offer elevator access, a fitness center, a business center, and a fully equipped game room with a ping-pong table and board games. Parking is available for two vehicles one for the outdoor lot and the second for the inside garage, and a mandatory parking pass must be prominently displayed to avoid towing.
