    Ready to rest easy? Head upstairs and find the Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom, and kinds bunk room featuring a Twin/Full bunk. There is also a Queen pullout sofa in the living room for any additional guests. All three bathrooms in Base Village Loft 108 have a shower & tub combo, even the main level bathroom. Bring a car to park in the one-car heated garage and keep all your ski & bike gear warm in there as well. Just steps away are the slopes & trails of the Winter Park Resort so you can easily come home for lunch or to grab something you forgot. Walk right out your door to the Village for some of the best dining & shopping in Winter Park.

Awesome Stay in Winter Park

Super convenient location, close to the lift, restaurants and attractions. Condo was very clean organized, quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended for a getaway spot! Can’t wait to get back!

Place is very convenient. Private garage right outside door. Lots of room for three adults and 2 children. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Some toys and games. Lots of supplies. Three full bathrooms. All good furniture and beds. Management company was very forthcoming with directions, allowed us in a few hours early which really helped. Right across from gondola, and right above the restaurants and shops.

We had a great time! It's our second time at this villa , found everything we need it and management was very responsive with our needs! We were 6 adults and felt comfortable, I would not recommend for more than 6!Close to slopes , easy to get to town. I would suggest buying everything early on to take advantage of better pricing for chair lifts, lessons, etc...

Condo itself was great location and tv/audio and everything else were top notch and simple to use-:). Love the easy access - made unpacking/unloading and leaving incredibly simple!

Great family trip

Loved our trip to winter park and this property that sits right in the heart of the village. The condo is very spacious and all 4 of our kids had plenty of room. The property is walkable to the gondola—would suggest getting a locker to avoid walking in heavy ski boots through the village but it’s definitely doable. We used Black Tie for rentals and they were amazing. The condo was very well stocked with useful items like dish soap, detergent, coffee and essential cooking items. Overall a great experience and would def stay here again.

Perfect Location, Modern House

The best part of this property is the location. Right in Winter Park Resort town. Main central sidewalk is just steps away. Restaurants and bars closeby. Quiet. Parking garage is big and easy to get in and out of. It's a ski in and out place. The house was very clean and modern. Warm heated flooring. Big kitchen. Modern appliances. Plenty of room for everyone chillin' out in the living room watching a movie together.

This property was all I hoped for. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to all the village amenities. The garage was a great bonus for storage. The layout of the condo was great with spacious rooms throughout. The kitchen was also very nice and fully stocked with essentials.

Summer Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed in this unit for a week with our two daughters and my parents. It looked just like the pictures and was better equipped than any rental we have ever had in Destin- toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher detergent and trash bags were more than sufficient for our stay. The only thing we needed was laundry detergent. (And apparently you don't need dryer sheets.) The location within Winter Park was great! We all enjoyed the alpine slide at the resort. MANAGER COMMENTS: Thanks Shanna! We are all so pleased you enjoyed staying with us at Base Village Loft 108. We should have provided 2 laundry pods to at least get you started on laundry. Please do give us a call whenever you are in need of anything. So please it was a nice stay for your family.

This is the third year

This is the third year that we have stayed in the village lofts and have enjoyed them all. First let me say that all three different condos were fantastic and this is not a complaint but just a heads up to the owners to make a few things easier for the occupants. Loft 108 has a universal remote for the living room entertainment system that is rechargeable but we couldn't find the charger for it and it ran out of power a few days after we arrived. The following is a problem everywhere when cable boxes are used with TVs but all of the TVs were difficult to use and the two TVs upstairs (not the master) didn't receive any signals as they were set up and I didn't feel like spending time correcting the problem myself. Loft 108 had a vacuum in the kitchen closet but it was essentially useless. After a day or so the floors needed cleaning but without a usable vacuum or even a broom I was unable to clean up after the days activities. The condo stayed pretty warm all the time even with the outside temperatures in the thirties. The heat was set at 65 and I'm sure it never came on the entire time we were there. Inside temps were in the mid 70's all day every day. That being said, the ceiling fan in the family room is nice and high tech but difficult to turn on. It has a remote but it's not very intuitive to use and no instruction that I was able to locate. Please understand that these are minor things and I would come back again. I would give this place a 9.5 out of 10. MANAGER COMMENTS: Well darn it! We can surely get some signage in the property to alleviate any unwanted stress over the technology in there. The vacuum will be addressed and updated as needed. Please do always reach out to us if things are not working well for you...we are happy to bring by whatever you might need to get things as comfortable as possible. Even if it's an experienced hand at all the gadgets in the property! Hope to see you up here again

Nice loft/condo, very convenient, 3 full baths accommodates group, rooms on the small side, bedroom lighting could be brighter, parking is convenient but $25 per day beyond one garaged car, easy ski in from Mary Jane, good communication with WP Lodging, portal access difficult for me, wish I had printed out pdf instructions. MANAGER COMMENTS: We are so pleased the location worked well for you. We can surely look into brightening things up in there. Our apologies the app didn't behave very well for you....it usually does.
