This spacious family home is thoughtfully designed for guests with children. The master bedroom features a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 offers two twin beds — ideal for kids. The living room has a comfortable pullout option and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals, from a high chair and children's dinnerware to a full cookware set. Baby amenities including a baby bath, baby monitor, and changing table are available. Board games and children's books provide entertainment for all ages.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home and all amenities. Self check-in via smart lock ensures easy arrival. A comprehensive welcome guide with Legoland tips, family-friendly restaurant recommendations, and house instructions is provided.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful Winter Haven neighborhood with a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Legoland Florida Resort is a short drive away. Downtown Winter Haven offers charming shops, restaurants, and the historic Ritz Theatre. The Chain of Lakes provides beautiful parks and waterfront recreation. Bok Tower Gardens, a stunning 250-acre garden and bird sanctuary, is nearby.



Getting Around:

Legoland Florida is approximately 10 minutes away. Walt Disney World is 45 minutes, and Orlando International Airport is about 1 hour. Tampa and its beaches are approximately 1 hour west. Free parking in the driveway. Local grocery stores including Publix, restaurants, and pharmacies are within a 5-minute drive. Easy access to US-17 and US-92 for exploring the region.
