"Good house for a great price. Great location. Need to change the AC more often."

"Nice property, convenient to downtown Mt. Dora. Owners were very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Enjoyed my stay, was super quiet, and very conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go in Seminole County. The host was great with communication and provided everything I needed to have a great stay."

"Thanks"

"Excellent communication with Claire, checked up with us on arrival, house was spotless and had everything we needed, washer and dryer a god send (means very little washing on returning home) large fridge to keep our drinks and snacks cool, large tv in livingroom, quiet location, roughly 45 min drive to Universal Studios, local amenities a short drive with loads of choice, pool was clean and refreshing on the hot days (when we rested) would highly recommend villa to families and would definitely...

"Simplemente Todo perfecto! Ubicación, limpieza, lugar, comodidad, etc."

"I was looking for a place to escape for a few days while getting my bathroom redone and the property checked all of the boxes. My wife was able to get some work done, my dog had more than enough space, and the location is minutes from the amusement parks and tons of restaurants. The property is gated, clean, and has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for the larger families that need it. The host was more than attentive. Even when I was having issues with the television, he responded to my message...

"Overall it was great stay. Initially there was an issue with the door when we checked in, but the host fixed it write away. The house was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. I would definitely book again."

"Property was very clean, plenty of room, air works great. The only issue was 2 of the rooms bed linen had spots so we washed the linen which solved the problem. We had a guest come visit but they were not allowed through the gate. They had to park somewhere and we had to go and get them in our vehicle. When renting the property, remember, no visitors can come on the property unless you bring them. I would recommend the property and would rent again."

"Very responsive owner. Lots of things to do."
