Only 10 mins from downtown Winston Salem, this lovely home will serve as a comfortable base to explore the city with your friends and family. The modern decor, memory foam beds and fun-filled game room (with a pool table, PS5, etc.) will be a welcome sight after a long day of exploring. The home is walking distance from a convenience store, pharmacy, gas station, car wash, flower shop, etc.

The living room is tastefully decorated with wooden panels, wall art and an artificial candle fireplace for a more cozy atmosphere. The TV on the mantle is a Smart TV so you are able to sign into your favorite entertainment apps to watch your shows with minimal interruption due to our high speed fiber internet. For those who might need to catch up on some work, we also have a dedicated workspace as well.

As you go through the French doors, you enter into the master bedroom. The first thing you’ll see is the King sized canopy bed with memory foam mattress and ultra soft rug at the base of the bed. For those with little ones, there is also a baby crib should you need it.

The kids room is easy to identify as it has a massive house bunk bed with a Twin top and a Full bottom. Both with memory foam mattresses.

The third room has two queen beds with memory foam mattresses and a hexagonal wall decor which also serves as a full length mirror. The room also has usb and usb-c plugs as well as a textured wireless charger for those who are serious about their technology.

And last but not least is the fourth bedroom right between the living room and the kitchen. It also boasts a queen bed with memory foam mattress, a luggage rack, a sleek night table with wireless charger and a fun clock we think you’ll like.

The Kitchen is stocked with most of the items you’d need to make a wholesome family meal. Everything from plates, bowls, silverware, colander, pots and pans, cork screw, ice cream scooper, coffee maker, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, peeler, tea cups, glasses, basic spices, etc.

The Dining room is bordered by two translucent doors. One to the front of the house and another to the spacious backyard. It sits 8 people and has an additional air conditioner/heater unit just for that space.

And finally, the much anticipated game room. It also has a separate climate control system since it’s in the garage area. Enjoy a good game of pool with our 7 foot pool table, watch a movie on the big screen through our smart projector, enjoy the PS5 pre-loaded with games (you can also bring additional ones as it has a cd slot) or measure your driving skills on our Racing Simulator cockpit (connected to the PS5). If non of those called your attention, then grab some of the table games and try your hand at Monopoly, Giant UNO, Settlers of Catan, among others.

The property is centrally located and in addition to Winston Salem, it is also accessible to other nearby cities such as High Point (12 miles away), Greensboro (25 miles away) and Lexington (10 miles away).

The home has 1 full bath and 1 half bath which everyone can access through the hallway. We found the setup suitable for our extended family of seven. For safety purposes, the home also has a security alarm system with an active outdoor doorbell camera. This camera records only when it detects motion outside the front door. The additional two outdoor cameras are inactive. There is a camera in the alarm panel which only activates if the alarm is triggered, but even that has been covered for additional privacy.

The whole house is available for use except for the basement (near the kitchen).

We respect our guests privacy and space. We are however a phone/text/app message away should you need assistance with anything.
For the consideration of the neighbors and future guests, we kindly ask the following:
* Quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm
* Any overnight guest not declared on the reservation will be charged a $40 per night fee.
* If something breaks or gets damaged, please notify us.
* There is a $50 fee if the property is still occupied 30 mins after check-out time. If still occupied 2 hours post check-out, then a full day will be charged at base rate (without discounts). Note this doesn’t grant guests possession of the property as we may have other guests scheduled to arrive that day.
*Please do not put signs outside the home.
*Please note there is a bunk bed in the home, so please be safe. We aren’t responsible for misuse or injury resulting from bunk bed use.

Checkout Instructions: Please take out the trash and start the dish washer. The cleaners will take care of the rest.
