No Parties or Unauthorized Guests Parties are not allowed. Unauthorized guests are prohibited. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and are subject to an extra fee of $30/night per person.
Parking: Please plan as you only have ONE PARKING SPOT. If you park on the street please check the city website for parking bans during the winter time or contact us for more information.
Please note, street parking is available; kindly read posted signs as we are not responsible for tickets. 1 vehicle can park on the premises, and additional parking is at the guest's discretion.
Property Cleanliness Please leave the property in a reasonable state. Excessive rubbish or messes may result in an extra cleaning fee.
Kitchen & Cooking Please clean up after using the kitchen. Ensure all dishes are washed, and dispose of food waste properly.
Linens & Stains We provide fresh, white linens for your stay. To help us maintain their quality, please:
- Remove makeup before going to bed. Makeup stains (especially foundation and mascara) can be difficult to remove. - Avoid placing dirty luggage, food, or drinks on the bedding.
Ensure pets (if permitted) do not get on the bed if their paws are dirty. Stained linens will incur a replacement fee. If sheets, pillowcases, or towels are excessively stained and cannot be restored, a charge will apply.
Eviction Policy Any violation of these house rules may result in eviction and a penalty fee of a minimum of $150. We have noise monitoring devices that track volume levels but do not record conversations. A violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

The property was clearly not in a condition fit to be rented upon our arrival. The towels were dirty, to the point where I had no choice but to dry myself with a stained towel. A prepaid activity had to be cancelled because the host informed us that clean towels would be delivered at 3:00 PM, which ultimately arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late.The microwave was not installed where it was shown in the photos, further proving that the listing does not match the actual property. There was a broken chair, and towels were hanging on a rack in the laundry room, apparently because the dryer was not functioning. Despite this, the towels were still dirty. Additionally, a cabinet door that was not installed was simply placed in the laundry room, which is unacceptable for a property advertised as ready for guests.The host offered to check whether we could be relocated, claiming that all other units were fully booked, which turned out to be false after verification. The cleaning staff gave contradictory statements: first stating they could not recall when the last cleaning took place, then saying it was not them who cleaned the unit, and later admitting that the host had multiple available properties at the time of our stay.The photos were highly misleading and did not reflect the true condition of the property. The insulation was extremely poor, the unit was very cold, and it is evident that heavy photo editing had been done. There was also visible mold around the entire bathtub....
