홍콩 태풍으로 결항이 되어 여러 문제가 있었는데 너무 친절하게 대응 해주셨고 설명해주셨습니다.. 특히나 영어로 대화도중 막혔을때 한국어로 열심히 대응해주신 직원분 너무 감사합니다. 덕분에 저희는 무사히 홍콩을 떠날수 있었습니다

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful. The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
