Well equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, wall mounted TV and high quality utensils, crockery, cutlery and underfloor heating.



Utility Room & WC:

Utility room with toilet, full-sized sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes rack and underfloor heating.



Large mature garden with a lawn area that measures approx. 13 x 7 metres, plus a patio with an outdoor dining table & chairs that seat six adults.



Outbuilding with separate Office and Games Room overlooking the garden.



Secret garden patio area with a hammock.



Front drive with parking space for one small car if access allows, with on-street parking using visitor permits for up to three cars in total, at a cost of £5 per car, per day.



High quality anti-allergy pillows and anti-allergy duvets with a choice of Summer, Autumn or Winter duvet configurations available in all bedrooms.



Top Floor:

Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bed can be configured as either a Super King OR two Singles. (Please let us know at the time of booking what you require.)



Bathroom 1: The ensuite to the master bedroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, basin, mirror, storage drawer, and heated towel rail.



Middle Floor:

Bedroom 2: King size double with bedside tables, dressing table and built in wardrobes.



Bedroom 3: Double sized bed with bedside tables and built in wardrobe.



Bedroom 4: "Triple" bunk bed, with a "single" sized bed on the top bunk and a "small double" sized bed at the bottom, with a chest of drawers.



Bathroom 2: This is a family bathroom with a full-sized bath, shower wand, mirrored cabinet with light, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.



Bathroom 3: Walk in shower with toilet, basin, storage drawer, mirror with surround light, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.



Guest Access:

All cars need a visitor's parking permit. Parking costs £7 per car, per night, up to a maximum of three cars in total. Please confirm your parking requirements as soon as possible, and we will send you a payment link for your permits. It is on-street parking, and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Although spaces cannot be reserved, the visitor permits allow you to park on our street and on most nearby streets. If there is sufficient space, you can often park across the front of the house or find a spot nearby.



The Neighborhood:

The house is in a quiet residential area, which is a short walk from Windsor town centre shopping, restaurants and bars. It is also ideally positioned for access to two railway stations that can take you quickly into London, or for walks along the river, and easy access to the local leisure centre, which has a swimming pool and gym facilities.



Getting Around:

Everything that Windsor has to offer is within walking distance. For those with a car, on-street parking is available via visitors' parking permits on a first-come, first-served basis, for up to three cars, at a cost of £7 per car, per night.



Other Things to Note:

The stairs leading from the ground floor up to the first floor are quite narrow and fairly steep. There is a handrail but these stairs would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The rest of the stairs are fine.



There is a hammock but all guests use this at their own risk and all children must be supervised at all times while on it.



A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request.



Pets are allowed on request, subject to approval and additional fees. Restrictions apply.
