The space
Master bedroom: King bed and Twin pull-out l Bedroom 2: Queen Bed l Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed, Porta Crib also available Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with tub and shower l Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with tub and shower. The Master bedroom and Queen bedroom have spacious closets for your use as well as a Roku Smart TV and the Twin Bunk Room has a Fire Stick TV.

This house is set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen equipped with a drip & pod coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Clean linens and towels provided (located in closets of Master and Queen Rooms), board games and Smart TVs with private WiFi. Cozy up by the wood burning stove or enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail on the back deck which has a BBQ grill and patio furniture. Relax in an Adirondack chair alongside the firepit in the yard, which has views of the Windham Mountain slopes.

Come enjoy the great outdoors! Year-round activities include hiking the trails of the Catskill Mountains, downhill mountain biking, ziplining, antiquing, sampling local wineries or hitting the slopes, ice skating or snow tubing at Windham Mountain (5 mins) or Hunter Mountain (15 minutes).

Visiting us in the summer? We are 3 miles from the Windham Manor wedding/event venue and 5 miles from the Zoom Flume water park. Plenty of hiking trails close by such as the Windham Path and the Long Path. Enjoy some mountain biking at Windham Mountain or play a round of golf or head to a local lake and cool off!
