  • Hermoso entorno campestre con una gran cubierta y un gran pozo de fuego a través de nuestro puente junto a un maravilloso arroyo con 6 sillas de cedro Adirondack que rodean nuestro pozo de fuego. Disfruta de uno de nuestros servicios más nuevos, un divertido juego de petanca justo al lado de nuestro fogón.
    Amplia cocina ultra moderna, cómoda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, DVD, WiFi, DIRECTV, HBO, encantadora estufa de pellets, piano antiguo de 1906. Ducha para 2 personas para relajarse después de una caminata o esquiar. Gran cubierta, con barbacoa, con corriente detrás de la casa. . Una variedad de juegos de mesa, herraduras. Despiértese con los ciervos en el patio trasero o camine por la calle para ver los hermosos caballos u ovejas. Un corto trayecto en coche a una hermosa ruta de senderismo o esquí de fondo con hermosas vistas. Excelente ubicación para practicar senderismo o un día relajante en el campo de golf. Forro de tirolesa a 15 minutos, o relajarse y ver una película en el teatro de pantalla local 3 justo en la ciudad. Parque acuático Zoom Flume a 8 min en coche.

    A una corta distancia en automóvil de Main st en la ciudad 2. 1 millas y 3. 4 millas de Ski Windham y Hunter Mtn Ski area a 15 minutos en automóvil.

    A 12 minutos en coche del parque de carriles CD que tiene frente a la playa en un lago. También a 25 minutos en automóvil de North Lake y South Lake, que son hermosos lagos grandes para tumbarse en la playa, alquilar un kayak o traer el suyo. También algunas vistas impresionantes de la hermosa vista de los 5 estados en el sitio histórico de Catskill Mountain House y Boulder Rock, y visitar la cascada de Kaaterskill con vistas a la cascada o hacer una hermosa caminata desde el fondo de las cataratas hasta el punto de inspiración. Relaxing getaway

This property was amazing, everything we wanted for a relaxing family getaway. The house was very nice and clean, but the outdoor space really sold it for us. The fire pit, stream, bridge, hot tub…all perfect as we spent the majority of our time outside.

Ray was an excellent host. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. He even left us a bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful touch and delicious. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend his place to anyone visiting the area.

The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s clearly well cared for and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay after long days on the slopes. The location is a major plus as well, very close to the ski area, which made everything easy and convenient.Ray was a fantastic host: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout. He made the whole process smooth from arrival to departure and was available whenever needed, without ever being intrusive.We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended.

Amazing location

We loved the property the little patio by the brook was my favorite part. There is also an expansive deck and yard as well. Interior of the house was spotless. Ray was a fabulous host will be back again this was our second trip there!

Great Rental

From start to finish, this rental was perfect for our annual girls hiking weekend. Great amenities with multiple outdoor locations to relax. Very clean and tidy, great living area to relax in mornings and evenings. Property owner was extremely friendly and personally walked through the property to show us all the great things the home has to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer fun in the Catskills

The house and outside area is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting by the babbling creek out back and played bocce ball while we had a fire going in the fire pit. The house is within an hour of many of the attractions in the area. Ray is an excellent host and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

Great family break

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well arranged with lots of outdoor places to relax around a fire and a nice large family room. It has everything you need. The location can’t be beat, with the private yard on the stream right out back, but it’s still only five minutes to town. Ray was a great host with excellent recommendations.

We have been talking about this girls trip for years and finally did it! This house was great! The outside space was worth it!!! From the creek to the fire pit and the hot tub! We lived out stay and Ray was great at check in and easily available during our stay!

Perfect location & wonderfully cozy home

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our quick getaway! The house was clean, kid friendly, had an espresso machines for the adults (huge plus), and the truly cozy. We’ve been visiting Windham annually for 8 years and this is far & away our favorite home away from home so far. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience. Hopefully we’ll be back next year - as long as we book in advance!

Great Place

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. The location just minutes away from Hunter and Windham Mountains was perfect. The property itself was beautiful with numerous fire pits and Solo Stoves all over the place. The stream that runs past added to the overall relaxed feel. Everything was a breeze, and we had a great friends getaway.

Great location and very nice house

Ray the owner was a super nice guy and was very helpful with a couple of questions I had. He took the time to meet us at the house for check in and explained everything we needed to know. Great house and location. Close to the center of the town and we really enjoyed the restaurants in town especially the Millrock restaurant Great food. Highly recommend 👌

Lovely house

We went up to Windham for a wedding. The house was a great place to stay and hang out, instead of sitting in a hotel room staring at the walls and waiting for the wedding. We sat out on the deck, socialized with other family members and got dressed leisurely. Ray is a wonderful host and had tons of suggestions for meals and activities
