"Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We used the app to check in and out, so the only contact we had with staff was in the morning at breakfast. The women we talked with were friendly and helpful. We would stay again!"

"Weird stains on the sleeper sofa as well as the light fixtures. No additional bedsheets found in linen closet. Rancid smell in room, very few outlets. Roach found in bathroom, very stained and mildewed shower curtain. Refrigerator hardly cold enough to store food. Really dingy and unclean vibe overall, and very outdated property. Breakfast pretty standard. + 1 star for working AC."

"The breakfast and kickback are wonderful amenities, especially for families with kids. My issues is that they only have two elevators in a building with 6 floors. That includes housekeeping and maintenance as well. So when one elevator isn’t working (like while we were there) that is a major inconvenience. There were people waiting in line for the elevator in a line with staff and having to take turns and wait multiple times with 6 floors! Also the beds suck, worst night of sleep I’ve had in a...

"Wonderful place to stay"

"Bed was a little firmer than I like. The shower door didn't stay closed without sticking a washcloth in it and was missing a handle.. the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent. The basic hotel breakfast. Pool was nice a little chilly but my grandkids had fun in it."

"Staff and services were all excellent. No breakfast included but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want anything at the on site restaurant/breakfast buffet. The facilities are up to date and clean. There is plenty to parking as well."

"I liked the kitchenette with a regular refrigerator so I could freeze my ice packs for my cooler. The room was clean and the bathroom was accessible for my husband who has mobility issues. The bed on the other hand is not what I would expect in a mobility accessible room. The bed needs to be a little higher and firmer to make it easier to get up from. Other than that it was a very nice room"

"We stopped here during a cross-country road trip from California. The hotel looked clean, though the location is a bit unusual and felt very secluded with no people around. We stayed in a suite, but the couch bed was super uncomfortable, came with only one pillow, and had a very thin blanket. Other than that, the stay was just okay. We will not be staying here again."

"Booked two rooms. Both rooms were out dated. Our first night tried to take a shower and no hot water. Called down to hotel front desk and told them we did not have hot water the guy at the desk was rude. We asked to be moved to a new room which he did but he was very rude. New room did have hot water but the mattress in both rooms were hard they need to update the hotel."
