"This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. "The area felt a bit sketchy. The gentleman who checked us in told us nothing about the hotel. But overheard a nice lady explaining everything to another couple. We were a bit in the dark. Didn’t know about free coffee, water etc also I believe there is a sitting on top of the hotel. Wish we would have known about that also. The gentleman needs to explain these things to people. The hotel was profit where it was located and had no breakfast."

"Room was comfortable and clean, as was the lobby. The property is in a somewhat sketchy area, didn’t feel completely comfortable parking my car there. Front desk staff was not friendly. My main complaint was that after staying five nights I had to extend my stay another week and they jacked up my price by $55/night. I moved into the La Quinta next door!"

"Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here.
It was just what we needed: clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel, low price. Located very close to all the action at the waterfront and Pike Street Mkt.. The only issue I had, there was no staff present in the hotel. If their services were needed you had to visit their property across the street.

"We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car."

"We were very happy with our stay here. It is an old hotel but very clean. Our rooms on 3rd floor were spacious and the beds were great.
Staff members were very nice. They allowed us to check in early in one room while waiting for the other to be ready.
We definitely will be back if we visit Seattle next time."
