  • Encantador apartamento en la parte superior de dos plantas de un edificio victoriano de 4 plantas, con vistas a la aldea de Bowness y las montañas.

    Cerca de todos los servicios ya cinco minutos a pie del lago con paseos por el campo de la puerta

    .Acceso Es por una escalera a la propiedad de 3 dormitorios, uno doble con baño, una habitación y cuarto de baño familiar doble y una individual.

    Un amplio salón con ventanales que ofrecen vistas a las montañas con un fuego de gas efecto carbón para los meses más fríos. Cocina con nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, horno y microondas totalmente equipada.

    Situado en un Cul-de-Sac lejos de la carretera principal y es muy tranquilo. Mirador Biskey Howe se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la colina, lo que le da unas vistas impresionantes del lago y las montañas

    Permiso de aparcamiento está disponible y hay un montón de aparcamiento gratuito en el camino por Vista de Ellie

     WiFi paquete disponible y Bienvenido, mapas, libros, DVD y mucho más te esperan.

Very good house, plenty of room, lovely Comfy beds, cotton sheets all pluses for us. Have already looked for next year.Would highly recommend this property.

Ellie’s View was a delight to stay in! Cute bedrooms, luscious sunlight streaming in, a GREAT view, and well-equipped kitchen! We loved it. All except for the parking - it wasn’t BAD, but just not super convenient (up the hill a bit).

A nice house to stay. We felt comfortable. Spacious. Cosy old house but with good facilities. Close to the centre, 3 minute walk. Our advice. Make a long walk through the countryside, away from the toeristische hussle and bussle.

Holiday

Nice place to stay. Near to shops and lake. Parking can be a problem should of had a permit but privace people took by mistake so we didn't get it till Friday evening.

Christmas 🎄

Stayed with our two adult children. We thought this accommodation was perfect! Good location. Lots of space and very clean. We had a wonderful Christmas in Bowness. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. The only minor suggestion I would make is improvement of showers which were quite cold and had no real power.

Perfect location

Very comfortable accommodation, five minutes from the centre of Bowness. Parking not provided but never had any trouble finding any very close by. Everything we needed for our short break, with the added bonus of two bathrooms, although the shower pressure not great but wasn’t a problem. Would definitely book again.

A very clean property, ideally located to enjoy the centre of Bowness only 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend and will visit again in the future. We didn’t receive the check in details but thankfully Paul was able quickly sort this for us.

Lovely place for a relaxing stay

Ellie's View is very clean and tidy with great decor, a great view & immediately felt at home! Only downside is the steep steps up to the property which were a bit tricky to go up & down with a heavy suitcase & may be a challenge for some people.

Bowness Retreat

While the access to the retreat is a fair climb, it is well worth it. The rooms are quaint and full of charm. Directions given by the owner were well stated. The views from each of the bow windows were exceptional. Ellie’s View is close to bus routes and delightful tea and breakfast spots. The town is full of lovely dogs of all makes and sizes.

Ellie's View is a delightful two story flat with a nice view over the town and of the surrounding hills. The home was well equipped and comfortable. There are metal stairs leading up to the door so anyone with a disability would find it a challenge. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed several evenings and mornings having a drink and enjoying the view.Parking was a bit of an issue for me as it would require me to park on a steep hill so I used a nearby public lot which offered reasonable 3 night and 7 night rates.

Sehr gut ausgestattete großzügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren tollen Ausblick und das großzügige Platzangebot. Wir fanden alles vor, was wir benötigten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern hätten wir beide Duschen gleichzeitig benutzt (3 Kinder), das lässt jedoch das Alter des Gebäudes nicht zu. Für uns ist Bowness etwas zu touristisch, die Wohnung liegt jedoch in einer Seitenstraße ab vom Trubel und dennoch ist man schnell an den Geschäften und Restaurants.

Ideal location

Very clean property in good location with short walk into Bowness. Comfortable beds with excellent bedding. Kitchen had all equipment needed. Two good sofas in lounge to relax. Lovely views at dining table in bay window across to the lake. Overall would definitely recommend for short break.

Home from Home

Ellie's View is a lovely property in a quiet residential street and close to the shops at the end of the street, don't forget the shortcut. You can just see the Lake. It is immaculate. The beds and bedding are very comfortable.. Please note the only way to the property is at the rear and there is an outside iron stair way to the front door. The key safe door doesn't drop down when you have put the code in, and after fighting with it for a few minutes I had to call Paul who said to use your finger to gently pull the door down :) The street is on a hill if you have mobility issues. I would definitely stay again. Shame it rained the 2 days we were there but we had a lovely time.

Spacious propety, great location

The property was quite spacious for our family of three and our pet. More than enough bedrooms and space to unwind & relax. The property was walking distance Bowness town centre and close to restaurants & shops.

The best view in Windermere to eat your breakfast

What an absolute gem. I would definitely stay here again as it is a well maintained well decorated apartment with a number of great views from the windows. Extremely close to the centre and a number of good walks

Property is dated and photographs on the website are clearly from sometime ago. We were disappointed and therefore wouldn't book again.

Great value

I booked this accommodation for 3 work colleagues who were working on a local project. All 3 gave great feedback saying the accommodation was very clean and tidy and great value for money. We would definitely book again should we need to stay in this area again.

Excellent location and great value for money for a weekend getaway

Excellent communication from the host made everything hassle free. Master lock key system meant no problem accessing the property. Comfortable living arrangements and excellent location. Pet friendly too .... only downside would be the parking.
