This beautiful home has an upstairs and downstairs living area making it the the perfect spot for family gatherings or group getaways. Embark on a journey of relaxation and fun, surrounded by the beauty of Tims Ford Lake!

-Fire pit where you can relax with friends and family
-Screened in porch off main level to enjoy the quiet beauty of the lake.

-The home boasts living areas on the main level and the lower level.

Indoor Comforts:
Step into relaxation as you enter your lakeside home. There's ample space for everyone with over 4400 sq. ft ensuring a comfortable stay. The master suite, located on the main level, features a king-sized bed for comfort, while another King size bed sits on the lower level for your guests. Also, there are 4 noise machines to help you get a restful night sleep

Nearby Attractions:
-A short drive to the famous Jack Daniels Distillery, offering tours and tastings for whiskey enthusiasts. Also, in the area is Uncle Nearest and George Dickel distilleries.
-1 mile to the boat ramp and the Tims Ford Lake tailwaters where you can fish for trout
-Tims Ford State Park-Golfing, Hiking, etc.
-Rutledge Waterfall

The home sits in a quiet neighborhood by the lake.

-Please note there are steps going to the dock. 2 beds (king and queen) are on the main level if you or your guests are not able to handle stairs well.
-The property has seasonal water. The dock will not be accessible November through Mid-April

Spring Break

This house was the perfect fit for our Spring Break! We had 3 families (14 total). 6 adults and 8 kids (13-5yrs old). Everyone had a bed!! The double kitchen tables were perfect for us to all dine together. The movie room and games were a hit with the kids.. but the kayaks and paddle boards were the icing on the cake!! Beautiful home, and perfect for a large gathering of family/friends

One word… perfect. Everything was beyond excellent. The home is beautiful and quite stunning. There were no details overlooked from the appointments in the home to the supplied kitchenware, etc. Check in was was easy and communication with the property management team was a breeze. If I could give this home 10 stars, I would.
