This beautiful lake home is in a very nice, quiet, and rural neighborhood so please be respectful to our neighbors and keep the noise down while outside especially after 10:00 or so. :) Also, 5 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or the road. With the lake, dock, stairs and hot tub, clearly, young children MUST BE CLOSELY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES for their safety. We have a very friendly neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. The HOA welcomes renters but bylaws do encourage them to notify owners of inappropriate behavior. 20 MPH speed limit strictly enforced. Must be 25yrs of age to book the property

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The home was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, silverware, and utensils, making cooking easy and convenient. We also appreciated having an abundance of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other essentials—plus the beach towels were a great touch, especially since one of us forgot ours.The hot tub was fantastic, and the overall space was comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood was lovely; we enjoyed walking around and even exploring the family cemetery nearby, which was a really unique and cool experience. The views were absolutely stunning, and watching both the sunrise and sunset was a highlight of our stay. We truly have no complaints and would happily stay here again.

This was a fabulous place for our family and my birthday celebration! The spot on the lake is perfect. Enjoyable day and night to sit on one of the decks and relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The home is like brand new with all the modern conveniences. We couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect for Extended family getaway

We had to switch our rental to this property last minute, and we were extremely happy with how it turned out! Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy and gathering spaces were open and spacious! Kitchen was well equipped… The kayaks and paddle boards and dock access were great! Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with!

The house was perfect for our family! The property managers were so responsive and kind—making sure we had everything we needed! Tim Ford lake was beautiful and everyone enjoyed spending time in kayaks paddle boarding and out on the double decker pontoon boat! A great time! Can’t wait to come back!

Great for a retreat with friends, awesome communication!

We had a group of 13 and one infant staying here for a church retreat. The house was awesome and the kitchen utensils well-stocked, perfect for hanging out and eating meals together between lake activities! We loved getting to have kayaks on the premises to use in the lake. We used the hot tub and firepit at night, both amazing for our group to have on-site. There was a gas station not far away where one of our group members got firewood, very handy too! Finally, Jake and Jeff from Freedom Property Management were awesome to work with. They were super responsive and helpful, assisting with any (few) issues we had quickly and enthusiastically. Even getting a plumber on site after hours on Friday when we first arrived. Seriously the best! We would definitely try and rent at one of their properties again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The house is clean, updated and the views are amazing! We were there in January, so we didn't use the dock, but the house was perfect. The living space and kitchen is large and open, the bedrooms are spacious, and the movie screen set up downstairs was perfect to watch a game and a movie. Will be back!

Fun off the dock

The house was open and spacious. Our host was very responsive in our needs and concerns. We loved the dock and I think I may have lost 2 pounds simply doing the steps daily back-and-forth from the house to the dock. Our children ranged in age from 4 to 9 and they had great fun fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, jumping off and being silly. The neighborhood is quiet and contained and great for walks in the evening. The resident neighbors around us were very welcoming. We only had two little problems that is expected if you’re in the woods. Some problems with hornets, and some resident mice. Our host was very quick to respond to these problems , all in all we will be back again. The house is open

Lovely vacation!

Hello, This was an excellent vacation space. The views of the lake are amazing. The lake is gorgeous and warm to swim in. The renters supplied kayaks and we paddled around a lot. The kitchen is more than adequate for a vacation rental and we additionally enjoyed grilling. It was an awesome place to stay. It is also a short drive into town if you want a night out or great coffee!

Great house!

Beautiful views, great location! This lake house was very clean, well-equipped and plenty big enough for our extended family gathering of 8 adults and 6 kiddos. And it has plenty of TVs, good wifi and games in the house, including a vintage PacMan, if the outdoor weather isn't good for outdoor activities. We were lucky to have hot Tennessee July weather for our stay, and the grandkids had a great time jumping off the floating dock into the lake. (Always wearing life jackets, the water is deep!) Before we arrived we appreciated getting a quick response from the manager about on-site life jackets for kids, so we were sure to have enough of the right sizes. It was a fun family vacation we'll remember for a long time!

Great Place, Great View, GREAT Time!

Communication w/mgnt company reps was top notch! Accomodations was great! Tims Ford Lake water is so clean compared to where we are from (Tenn. River area). We especially liked the home theater in evenings...picture and sound was awesome! Foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard games were in great shape and fun. The view was awesome! Just a heads up...there are a lot of steps down to dock etc.so if anyone has "mobility" issues that might be a problem.It appears most homes in that area, have lots of steps.Great exercise! :o) Kayaks were fun but are in a precarious holding place tho. We had a great time overall. Would love to visit again!

Really good stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners communicated well and helped us with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the views, the hot tub, the projector. A few suggestions for improvements: There was a little bit of a smell downstairs when we arrived. Some of the games in the garage are broken, as well as the handle of the Pac-man machine. Cleaning out the paddle boat. A little book of recommendations for restaurants would be good. The hall bath near the front door was having a hard time flushing. Overall a nice place that we enjoyed.
