"Plug in sink jammed, couldn’t have a wash. So hot, no air conditioning. Shower was great. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Next door was very noisy."

"Really nice, spacious rooms. We stayed with our 2 small children and there was enough room for all of us. The location is perfect - very central but on a quiet street. The best feature of the hotel is the garden seating. Eating outside there is very special indeed. My only complaint is the charge of 15 pound for parking! I've never stayed at a hotel before and been charged for parking. And when I was shocked at the cost the receptionist rolled her eyes at me, as though I was the one being...

A perfect base for a short break, where we enjoyed visits to Bracknell, Stone Henge, Chessington World of Adventures and a lovely visit to nearby Winchester city centre to take in a bit of history and enjoy some fantastic restaurants.
