100 sqm apartment, 3 bedrooms – 1 bathroom and 1 shower area – two balconies – on the Wimereux seafront, facing the sea.
We rent out an apartment offering an exceptional sea view, located in the charming seaside town of Wimereux (Opal Coast, 40 minutes north of Le Touquet).
The apartment is located on the second floor of a family villa built in 1900. It features two balconies: one facing the sea and the other overlooking the rear of the villa, allowing you to enjoy sunshine throughout the day. Shops are close by (restaurants, cafés, bookstore, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, home décor, clothing stores, etc.). Everything is within walking distance.
If you are a fan of kitesurfing, windsurfing or paddleboarding, come and discover the wide beaches of the Opal Coast! For those who enjoy walking, explore Cap Blanc-Nez, Cap Gris-Nez, stroll through the dunes or discover the surrounding countryside. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Wimereux Golf Club, a true English-style links course.
With a surface area of 100 sqm (excluding balconies), the apartment includes:
an entrance hall, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading into a living area with a wide sea view (bar seating up to 8 guests, flat-screen TV, sofa with chaise longue);
a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room;
one sea-view bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm);
one large bedroom with two bunk beds accommodating up to 4 people (90 x 200 cm beds), featuring a shower area integrated into the bedroom.
Two balconies: one west-facing balcony overlooking the sea, and one east-facing balcony at the rear of the villa.
Beds are made upon arrival and cleaning is carried out after your departure. A fee of €10 per single bed and €15 per double bed used will be charged, as well as €80 for end-of-stay cleaning. These fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid directly to the person welcoming you upon arrival.
Please note that you must bring your own bath towels.
This apartment is ideally suited for a family looking for space, two families with children, or possibly three couples (the single beds in the children’s bedroom can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed). Groups of young adults aged between 16 and 24 are not permitted.
