This beautiful home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes another king bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed — perfect for families or additional guests. A twin trundle bed is located in the laundry room, thoughtfully separated by curtains for privacy and convenience, providing flexible sleeping space for kids or single guests. A separate nursery room is equipped with a crib and high chair, creating a peaceful and practical space for little ones. All three standard bedrooms feature room-darkening shades and sound machines to ensure a restful and uninterrupted night’s sleep.
Inside, the open-concept living area feels both rustic and refined, with comfortable seating, a library nook, and large windows with views of the oak-covered landscape. Guests can unwind with a smart TV and sound bar, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of exploring. We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends at Shady Grove! Dogs under 50 lbs are allowed, and with a fully fenced yard, your pup can feel right at home moving safely between indoors and out. With plenty of space to explore and relax, it’s the perfect spot for the whole family. A maximum of two dogs are allowed unless approved by management. And of course, owners are responsible for picking up after their pups — otherwise, we may have to charge a small “bad dog” clean-up fee (and no one wants that!).
