The house was the perfect size for our 11 guests. It had all the amenities that we needed. I didn’t know that we couldn’t access the lake from the property. Overall we had a great time.

Very nice house! Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Gorgeous views of sunsets and the lake. The pool was amazing! And the location was very peaceful and relaxing! Would definitely stay again when we're in the area!

Lovely location

This is a beautiful property in need of a little love. Everything was clean and useable, but there are a few upkeep issues. Communication with Suth was excellent—I contacted him about a furnace issue and he answered immediately, offering assistance. Large, spacious rooms and the pool was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful View Dirty House

This home is large and has a beautiful view of the lake. The pool was nice until after it rained then it was hard to get clean enough to use. The outdoor space was lovely. The hosts were responsive and helpful when we ran out of propane. The home, however, was not clean. We had to scrub the kitchen and refrigerator upon arrival and saw mice in the kitchen and laundry room several times during our stay. The appliances were dirty and in disrepair including mildew and mold in the washer, a broken ice maker, an oven that looked like it had never been cleaned, and a refrigerator coated in a brown sticky residue. Lastly, the house was minimally equipped- barely enough forks, not nearly enough coffee mugs, few bathroom towels, and few (if any) extra rolls of toilet paper. The house is in desperate need of some repairs, some paint, and a deep clean. The enjoyment of the home and the view were marred by the presence of mice and the overall lack of cleanliness. For the price we paid we expected, at the bare minimum, a clean house.

Stay by Niagara Falls

The property is very beautiful overlooking Lake Ontario. They have a nice pool to use. House is clean and spacious. Takes 15-20 minutes to get to Niagara Falls. The area is very buggy, but that is to be expected by a lake. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beauty on the lake

The property itself is beautiful Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty. The house was advertised with a pool but could not get into the pool. The refrigerator was not cleaned out and had old and expired food in it.
