The staff were very good. the hotel itself could do with a bit of TLC. I just needed a bed to sleep in so was adequate for my needs. if you want a budget friendly hotel to stay in before heading to Manchester airport which is less than 10 minutes away this is the hotel for you. There is free wi fi but I did find it kept dropping the connection every 30 - 50 mins. there is on site paid parking at very reasonable priced, I stayed for 3 nights in the end and total of £21.

Where do I start? An airport hotel that’s nowhere near the airport with no travel connections ✅ Walking through the hallways you’d think some of the rooms had been raided with doors wide open and full of random bits of storage & litter around the hotel but that’s not something I’m personally bothered by as we were just staying the night. Cold water works until you turn to hot water and the water stops coming out of both tap & shower ✅ Help number didn’t work. No bin bag, dirty toilet brush. Half a used roll of toilet paper & dirty floor with a toenail in my bedside draw as well as other debris. I usually don’t bother with reviews for cheap hotels but come on guys, at least put in the effort for the bare minimum. No staff in the morning but a basket to put the key, which may have been the answer I needed.

The room I stayed was not in a good condition the curtain rails is bad, making the curtains fall, the toilet sit is visibly dirty. The corridor is filled with dirts on the floor. Poor staffing you will keep shouting or calling on for some one to attend to you at the reception or bar. I felt irritated the whole time. Had a bad experience

You get what you pay for! I needed a bed close to the airport for a very early morning flight and that’s exactly what this is. The hotel is very tired and the shower was possibly the worst I have ever had but it was so cheap and it’s location is excellent for the airport and easy parking

Receptionist was friendly however the heating in the room was too much. Also, the only way I could sleep comfortably was on top of the duvet. I'd hoped to be well rested before going on my travels but left feeling tired and tense.

On arrival greeted by a phone number to get staff member, bathroom shower was mixer tap but got a kink and wouldnt work properly, bugs in the bath, worse part was window was open with no handle to close it, room was freezing. Breakfast was advertised on the web as £27 for 2, in hotel £11 each, we past. People smoking in another room on route down in the morning. We wont be back.

We were there about 25 minutes before leaving and booking another hotel. We had 2 rooms booked for 2 nights, both TVs were broken, the heating wasn't working in one room. Both bathrooms were dirty with nothing in them. And it had advertised a bar and restaurant but it had neither.

The staff were so lovely, welcoming, and helpful on arrival. The hotel has recently gone under renovation, the hallways are still a bit retro but the rooms are updated and extemely spacious, perfect if you need to repack a suitcase before flying! The bed was Huge and very comfy, and the bathroom was lovely. The towels were actually a decent size too. I requested a room with a bath and my request was fulfilled . The only thing i suggest is calling ahead to ask about parking charges. To the hotel - if you are a guest of the hotel parking really should be complimentary or at least a discounted rate. The car park could also do with some lighting as it is very dark, especially in winter months.

The hotel room I was staying in looked run down and in need of some work. There were hairs in the bath, no food options available at the hotel seems below average expectations. I don't think it's right to charge customers who aren't using the car park for flights to park their cars at the hotel.
