Your stay will include access to the amenity center club house which has pickle ball, indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, well appointed gym, theatre, game room and arcade!

The Space:

** The Chimney Hill Clubhouse will be closed for repairs April 15, 2024 and re-open Memorial Day weekend.**





3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 3 levels of living space great for entertaining. The main level boasts a vaulted ceiling open concept living room, deck, and an adjoining eat-in gourmet kitchen with a massive island. Two bedrooms with queen beds, and a shared full bath. Primary bedroom suite with king bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the sunrise from the lower deck! All within a short walk to the amenity center! Only a 15 minute drive to Mt. Snow!



Other Things to Note:

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.



-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.



-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.



-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
