  • This 7th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, oceanfront property at Station One offers expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean right from the center of Wrightsville Beach. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, as well as a full private bathroom and access to an oceanfront balcony. There is a guest bedroom with a queen and twin size bed, and there is a full bathroom in the hall. The kitchen and bathrooms have both been completely remodeled for your enjoyment!

    Station One is located in the heart of downtown Wrightsville Beach and has a community pool, tennis and basketball courts, and offers free parking. This complex has everything you need for a perfect family vacation, right in the middle of it all. Park your car once you arrive, and walk to everything Wrightsville Beach has to provide.

    ***Beginning Labor Day through Memorial Day Station One renovations are permitted Monday - Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Guests may experience daytime noise in and around the building during the posted times as enhancements are made.

The location was wonderful and the property itself was clean, nicely decorated, and efficiently equipped. The balcony was our favorite spot because the view of the ocean was heavenly. We’ll miss having our morning coffee out there.We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable and very convenient location.

Comfortable, and good location, close to everything. The condominium has a very fantastic view of the beach.

Would do it all over again!

First, the management company is outstanding to work with. Very responsive. The property is exactly as pictured. Sitting on the couch looking out is like being on a cruise ship….all you see is ocean! Kitchen is well equipped, bring your spices and you are ready to go. Great place to catch up with family.

Great Beach Vacation

Had a great time at this Wrightsville Beach condo! We enjoyed the great view of the ocean from the balcony each morning. Well equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the TV/cable service setup to the linens, etc. Great access to the beach and nearby shopping. The only minor critique is that the floors were a little dirty (i.e. don’t wear white socks). Would definitely book again for our next trip to WB. Thank-you for allowing us to stay here.

Location

This property is in a great location with access to restaurants and the beach bars. It's also right in front of the main beach access in Wrightsville. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded and you can't beat the view off the 7th floor balcony!

Dirty floors

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were very dirty. My husband goes barefoot all the time in our house and in hotels, motels, etc.The first night we were there he had his feet up in the recliner. I noticed that his feet were black on the bottom. He had taken a shower earlier. Yes, black. He had cut his foot on the beach that day and I told him he better start wearing shoes inside to not to get an infection from the dirty floors. For the price we paid for 5 nights they could do alot better.WEAR SHOES!!!!!!!!Good luck with opening any doors with the keys you are given. I had to wait for someone to come out the door to get in and ask an attendant for help with the key opening the door. One guest heard us talking and said he ran into somebody who couldn't get into their room. They were going to pay a locksmith to open the door. I wonder if they management has ever used WD40 on the locks? I won't be returning to Station One due to the high prices. We believe the owners of all rental properties are charging more due to COVID, ie. the Shutdowns and trying to make up for the time they couldn't their places.

Wrightsville Beach retreat

The 7th Heaven unit was very well appointed. I was not expecting all the amenities with regards to dish soap and dishwasher detergent so that was very nice to not have to bring my own. Perfect location! We will return!

Second Stay

We were here for a week in June and enjoyed it so much we came back for 9 nights in September. 7I is a very nice unit, well laid out and nicely decorated. The unit was very well cleaned prior to our arrival. The new high top and chairs on the balcony are a nice addition. The ocean and channel views from the 7th floor are spectacular! The location of Station One is absolutely ideal! Close to the Loop, Robert’s, and multiple restaurants. Yet within the building it’s quite and relaxed. We’ll be back!

cleanliness especially at this time of covid 19

I found roaches in the kitchen. I have pictures of it. The place had a strange smell, something like cat litter. There were dirty glasses in the freezer. The towels had stains on them. We checked out early on Saturday. We were told to leave the keys in the mail box at the office. The mail box was locked. I called the emergency number to know what we should do. We had to leave the keys under the mat in front of the door.

The rental management team was very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information to make our week stay a very pleasant one. We will return for sure!

Fantastic Trip

Unit was clean, spacious and well appointed with updated kitchen (and utensils) , baths, TV's, etc. Station One has been almost completely updated post hurricane (new paint, fences, decking by pool, pool furniture, etc. Extremely convenient to the restaurants and the "loop". Check in was easy - right on the way to Station One and friendly folks. Convenient private parking and unloading with carts. Felt very safe with private security and management present on site. Give it a 9 out of 10 - definitely will be returning and go for the same unit!

We had booked another property at station 1 last September (week of hurricane Florence) and were happy to reschedule with the spring graduation. The place has exactly all the conveniences that you need. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and shops. The ocean views are perfect and you can even enjoy sunsets from the front walkway. Property mgt company was very professional and courteous.

Cleaning Issues on a holiday weekend

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I arrived shortly after 5 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, and right away noticed some things that indicated the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned. This was our first evening back in Wrightsville Beach for a week’s visit and we were looking forward to a nice dinner out and did not fully unpack until we returned to the room. As we unpacked, it became obvious that our unit had not been cleaned at all. Note that this was Easter weekend and Intracoastal Realty offices were closed until Monday morning. Our contract promised a clean and inspected unit; it was far from clean and clearly not inspected. Although this did not seem like an emergency situation, the Security Office advised that we should call the emergency number provided in our check-in packet. The answering service said they would contact the on-call manager and that someone would call me back. I won’t go into great detail on how often I had to call to find out when someone would be able to come, but when it was all said and done, it was approximately 10:30 Monday morning before anyone showed up to clean. It was a bit distressing to learn that housekeeping had come to clean prior to our check-in on Saturday, but could not access the unit because the key could not be located. Intracoastal has since issued us a credit for our inconvenience, although it is impossible to know how they decided on the amount of $146.81. We do enjoy staying at Station One. It is in a great location central to some good restaurants and next to a beach access and the highway for coming and going. The unit 7I Seventh Heaven is beautiful with updated kitchen and bathrooms and nicely decorated.

Stay at 7th Heaven (Jan 2019)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This wasn't really a vacation but rather a alternate living arrangement while our home in Wilmington was repaired from Hurricane Florence damage. Having said that however, our stay at Station 1, Unit 7I was very enjoyable and comfortable. The unit must have been remodeled and updated recently with tile floors, renovated baths that replaced tubs with glass enclosed showers in both, new vanities with marble tops, marble kitchen counters and full replacement if all kitchen cabinets. All of the upgrades were done first class. Seventh floor views are fantastic with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, Dolphins feeding and playing near shore and expansive beaches for walking. Come see for yourself -- it lives up to its name!
