  • NEW FOR 2025: Refresh on the inside with paint, trim, twin mattresses, etc. Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes) and if the immediate Periwinkle beach access is inaccessible to walk, you can access the beach at the neighboring Clam Shell public beach access or at Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier). FOR 2022: coffee table, end tables, and nightstands.

    Welcome to my family’s HOME away from home! This 2nd floor, end unit, spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) and windows in the kitchen and living room that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

    The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The recently remodeled kitchen includes all major appliances and accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

    There is a 65” HD SMART TV in the living room, 28” HDTV in the master bedroom, and 32" TV in the guest bedroom. Each TV is either SMART or connected to a ROKU and has access to Spectrum cable through their app. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and under the building and the other is near the beach dune. Please bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. I also recommend bringing your own pillows. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season (April 1st through September 30th) dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

    The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

    Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Britt’s Donuts! NOM NOM NOM

    Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Please note that VRBO charges you a service fee and I can't remove it. Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 11 am.

Right on the beach with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the view! It was very quiet. The beach was clean and beautiful. Really easy stay- would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay with nice ocean view and easy access to the beach. Good location in quiet area. Tim was wonderful to communicate with. He always replied promptly and provided clear instructions and lots of good information about the area. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location and view. Steps from the beach. Comfy beds, nice flooring, and dog friendly. Don’t forget your sheets and towels. Would even be better if the balcony was in better shape. It took a few days to get comfortable out there.

The location is perfect - right by a beach access entrance and the balcony has an unobstructed view of the ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony for meals and watching the sky go dark. The condo was cool, comfortable and quiet for our week’s stay. Check in was easy; check out and house rules were all very reasonable.

Much needed getaway for family and dog! Wonderful view, balcony on oceanfront. It is located on 3rd floor so be mindful of stairs in & out (feeling my age definitely).

Great location- great view

We loved the condo. It was the perfect proximity to Fremont park for our dog. It had a great view and plenty of space. Would stay there again.

Wonderful location to stay at

We really liked this property. The view from the balcony and living room is amazing. The rooms were clean and the kitchen is large. Would def recommend to anyone who wants to stay right at the beach.

The view is lovely. No obstruction between you and the beautiful expanse of ocean and sky. Very relaxing.That being said:I didn't read the fine print all the way at the bottom so missed the "no linens or towels" item. Host reminded me later but I didnt see that either so, needless to say, there were no sheets on the beds. In my opinion, a vacation is not a vacation if I need to bring my own linens and towels so I highly recommend this host change his policy and provide those "amenities."The kitchen was well stocked with plates, flatware, pots and pans, etc. Host Tim was very nice even when I was less so - irate over the linens thing. We bought sheets, used them, washed and dried and left them, perhaps for the next visitors. We loved Carolina Beach, Salt Flats for dinner and the locals for friendliness.
