Enjoy the breeze as you sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean on one of the two decks offered at this recently remodeled first floor, end unit condo. There is plenty of natural light and beautiful ocean views from every room and deck. This is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit.

Our condo sleeps 2 with a quality mattress on a queen bed in the bedroom . There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your cooking needs, and includes a dishwasher and microwave oven along with a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee pot. There is a washer/dryer located off the bedroom for your convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided as are cable TV and WIFI. Onsite parking for one vehicle is provided. Second pass provided upon request .

Relax at the beach or pool, just steps from the door of the condo. Note: BEACH RE- NOURISHMENT HAS HAPPENED ! Enjoy a large beach and access directly across the street . A beach wagon is provided to help you with chairs and other beach essentials . Take a short stroll to Freeman Park drive on-beach, and the fishing pier where you can enjoy music, a restaurant and tiki bar that overlooks the ocean. It's a short drive to the Carolina Beach boardwalk where you will find unique shops, restaurants, bars, party boats, beach rentals, and fishing charters. Down the road is the Carolina Beach lake and park, paddle boats, Kure Beach and KB pier, also The Aquarium at Fort Fisher and the history museum. The ferry boat to Southport, a quaint town, is a great experience !

We loved our visit! The decor was beautiful, everything was clean, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved having a balcony in the front and the back of the condo so we could enjoy the breeze. It was a lovely stay and we will be back!

What a great place at the beach!! Everything you need for a long or quick getaway. My daughter and I came for a college visit and some beach time. We got one good beach day and the other days were cold and rainy so we hit up the Wilmington rock climbing gym for the day. Beach access is super close and the place is wonderful as well as beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to haul you stuff. Can’t recommend this place enough.

My husband booked a last minute staycation for a solo getaway for me, and I had a nice stay overall. The condo is clean, cozy, and in a great location, literally just across the street from the beach. The ocean view was lovely, and parking was easy, especially in the off season. It felt like a great spot for the price.The owners were quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which I really appreciated. They were also kind enough to allow a slightly early check in and checkout when possible, and were quick to offer troubleshooting and solutions to any issues that came up.A few things to note that wouldn’t deter me from booking again, but may be helpful to keep in mind. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I anticipated, so it didn’t quite have that fully relaxing, sink-into-it vacation feel. Like many condos, you can hear some movement from the unit above at times. It really comes down to the luck of the draw with neighbors, which is no reflection on the property or the owners.Overall, a good option if you’re looking for something simple and close to the north end of Carolina Beach. As a solo traveler without kiddos looking for a quiet getaway, it wasn’t quite as restful as I’d hoped, but it could be a great fit depending on what kind of stay you’re looking for.

Very comfortable condo on end with ocean view. Plenty of room for two with comfortable bedroom & balconies. Nice pool onsite, which offsets short walk to the Freeman Park beach. Our host was congenial, responsive and accommodating.

No real beach view however the pool was always clean, balcony was perfect front and back and I enjoyed my time out there. The ocean you could clearly see crashing up against the bank which was gorgeous! Locals are very friendly and access to the beach was very simple to get to!
