Discover luxury in the heart of downtown Wilmington! Recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment in the historic Diamond Feed building, steps from the river, bars, and restaurants. Adjacent to the Atrium wedding venue and Hidden Grounds coffee. 20 mins to Wrightsville Beach. Enjoy a dedicated workspace, free laundry, and sleek modern design. Located on the 2nd floor with $12/day parking across the street.

The Space:
A bright, airy, and modern 1 bedroom apartment that features an open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining room. Equipped with a full pantry. The kitchen includes an electric stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, and food processor (no oven). Stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils for your convenience.

Enjoy the 50 inch flat screen TV with complimentary Netflix and HBO Max in the spacious living room.

The bedroom hosts a cozy queen bed, a dedicated desk for work with fiber optic wifi, and a complete ensuite bathroom. We provide extra linens and pillows, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom features a shower/tub and includes two large closets, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the full apartment as well as a shared patio and laundry facilities.

Hassle free self check-in: Guests will be provided the entry code to the building and unit prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
This apartment is located around the corner from a nightclub, and it's possible to hear music on weekend evenings. We've provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your comfort and convenience.

Fantastic place!!

As someone who has been visiting Wilmington for 20 years, I can say this is easily my favorite place to stay. The hosts were terrific with providing all information needed as well as working with me regarding check-in. The apartment is nice and neat, and had everything I needed, as well as being the perfect location if you want to enjoy the amazing downtown Wilmington has to offer.I will definitely be staying here in the future!

Great location to downtown

The place is cozy with a comfortable bed and pretty dark curtains to keep hallway lights out of bedroom. Place was clean and shower was stocked with towels and hair/body wash products. Water pressure was good. The location is very close to downtown proper. Very short 5ish min walk to the riverwalk. It’s also a super short walk to Banter & Hidden Grounds coffee, which is nice for 1) quick nightcap 2) early morning coffee grab before lines. Speaking of walking around, I never felt unsafe walking back to the rental at 12-1 AM. Host was very communicative and attentive. There was an ac issue which was reported to us quickly, and a solution created just as fast.

Wedding Weekend

Fantastic! Location was so close to the river walk and local attractions. The apartment provided everything you could want and more, coffee, condiments, extra towels, toilet paper etc! One of my absolute favorite places we have stayed!

Nice spot in Wilmington

Hi, nice spot and stay in Wilmington. The late night music/bass noise was the only downside, but I figured out ways to get sleep. Very clean, good location to the main historic downtown and restaurants. Easy and simple. Thanks again!
