Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

Coming from someone that loves old homes, this home was perfect. The location could not be beat being so close to River Walk. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The porch was such a quaint place to sit and watch the world go by. This is a place we would again book if we are in the area again.

Great location! Extremely walkable to downtown. The rooms were huge! We only stayed for one overnight so didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of this spacious upper level. Much bigger than I anticipated. There is a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the lovely neighborhood.

I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to take advantage of downtown Wilmington’s attractions. Having an assigned, off-street parking space removes any stress about finding and paying for parking. Plus you can easily walk down to the riverwalk from the apartment. The place itself is exceptionally spacious for the money and the balcony is a great place to soak up the atmosphere of the historic neighborhood. We will be back!

This was one of the best I have ever stayed in…I love the way the owner let me come in early and decorate for my girlfriend birthday! The beds were super comfortable amazing view of the city! I will definitely book again just for the cozy home away from home

Such a charming place. Stocked with all essential needs. Morning coffee on the balcony was so refreshing! Communication with homeowner was timely and pleasant. Went to visit family that recently relocated there. Will definitely be staying there again!

Cute house with great location to historic Wilmington. Had family Wedding. This home was walking distance to everything for us. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. I had forgotten it only had one bathroom so that was a tad bit of an inconvenience since there were 5 adults trying to get ready for a wedding (my bad) The bathtub was an antique footed tub was careful getting in and out as my legs are not as long. Host was super great with response time and very helpful Had a nice little porch on the front area to sit and have coffee in the morning

Our host was great. He was in contact with me and replied quickly. We loved the house. Sooo much character in an older home. Kitchen labels were great on the drawers. The deck was nice as the weather was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to town. We would stay again and make it a longer visit for sure. So much to do in the city. Loved the history. Overall GREAT!

I was looking for a place that was cost effective and convenient for my niece's wedding. Her wedding was held at 128 South. We were about a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet, you hear the crickets at night kind of quiet.Appliances were clean and ready to use. Although I did not use it, the coffeemaker was clean and ready for use. K-cups are there ready for use.The beds were comfortable.Would I request the place again if I returned to Wilmington ... absolutely!
