This stay is beautiful, close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The house is comfortable, cozy and ample. We enjoyed our visit to Wilmington and highly recommend this to family and friends.

Comfortable space suitable for pets in the heart of Wilmington

Easy check in, great communication and a nice, clean space with all the amenities. Fenced yard was great for our dogs as well. Area is within walking distance of tons of downtown amenities including restaurants, shopping and more. Also just a short drive to the beach. Would stay here again!

This was exactly what we wanted. The property was simple but perfect for our needs. The Host was extremely efficient and helped us check in the same day we booked the property. Plenty of parking and easy access to local shops and venues. Would definitely stay here again.Note: Didn't really check out the kitchen too much. Mostly ate out or brought in. Would have appreciated ice in the freezer when we arrived but that is a little detail. Once we found the ice trays we were content for our entire stay.

The host was responsive and offered us an early check-in which was wonderful! We were only minutes from downtown which included numerous restaurants, shopping, and we even enjoyed a boat ride! The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our pet. The kitchen had lots of extras which was nice! We would recommend this rental.

Charming Rental Close to Downtown

We had an amazing time at this charming rental! The house was spacious and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the cozy living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, with easy access to historic downtown and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The friendly neighbors made us feel right at home throughout the duration of our stay! Also, our direct contact for our booking was quick to answer and very helpful.

Wonderful stay

We reserved this place to stay for a week to go to my Daughter's graduation. We had a great time. The home was beautiful and well decorated. It was easy to get to and it was located close to stores and restaurants. The parking was good no private parking but always had street parking in front of the house. I will reserve again when we need to go back to Willington

Quick Beach Trip

Location of this house gave us a beach trip without being in beach traffic. House was super cute and clean. Kitchen did lack a little when it came to pots/pans/silverware etc. making us get creative when cooking. Overall a nice little place and the neighbors were very friendly. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog.

NC stay

Inside of home nicely renovated. Backyard pretty nasty, wouldnt trust leaving dog inside "fence" alone. Although neighborhood was rundown and questionable we didnt experience any problems during our stay. AC thermostat was locked which sucked. I'll give owner kudos for working with us as we had to alter dates because of storms and flooding... problems during our stay
