House is very clean!
3 bedroom 2 bath, only 3 miles to Carolina Beach, 11 miles to Downtown Wilmington. 6 miles to the Fort Fisher Ferry. 10 miles to UNCW & 14 miles from ILM airport. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores
Very well stocked kitchen
We have added a pack n play and a high chair
wifi, TVs, local channels.
bedrooms have a queen beds
pull out queen sofa in living room and one couch is as large as a twin bed
master bath has a large tub and walk in shower
other bath has tun/shower combo
Enjoy the large front porch to sit and watch the beautiful North Carolina sunset in the evenings while listening to the sounds of the whippoorwills
Family time is important, spend it together under one roof.
We love our home and the time our families get to spend together ❤️
We also have security cameras on the driveways, we can’t see it but it records in the basement.

Fantastic and cozy house conveniently located close to everything we needed. We loved this place so much that we’re coming back for a second time. It’s perfect for what both my friends and I (who did a fishing trip) and my wife and daughter need. I prefer that it’s in a quiet neighborhood and tucked away. We have the annual pass for fort fisher to drive on. Therefore we don’t need beach front.

This place was so cozy & homelike! Very comfortable living room & beds. The front porch is so nice & peaceful. Everything you need is already there. All the games to play & VHS tapes to watch were our favorite. This place is perfect for families, especially with children.

Absolutely amazing house. It literally feels like home away from home. When we come back to NC we will definitely be booking here. 10 out of 10!! It worked perfectly, especially since we have little ones just over a year old and teenagers.

Family Filled with Fun and Sun

Your home was the perfect space for our family of 8. We spent the July 4th Holiday Weekend here and we had everything we needed all rolled up in one. Perfect location to the beach, restaurants, aquarium and shopping centers. Sitting outside catching the cool breeze was my brother’s favorite pastime. Our kids enjoyed the boardgames our last day which were a major plus due to the down pour of rain that decided to visit all day on Saturday. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. As stated, just bring your food..it’s truly home away from home. Thank you for opening your home to us!

This House is so pretty it is small if you have a teenager because have only 3 quenn beds but in the living room is good. Is cosy and comfortable and have all you need for cook and for other activities in home. I love the big movie collection

This home was cozy and family oriented. I thought being away from the water would be a problem but believe me I enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood and the deck was my favorite. Having morning coffee watching the sun rise is peaceful. Ms. Linda was very attentive to our needs and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The house everything you’ll need from games, books to movies. I would recommend this property to anyone. If I could give 10* I would. My family will definitely rent again.

Great location

We have stayed at this property for years. Ow. For us it is perfect. It is easy to get to where we want to go, wether that be the beach, fishing, or dining. The owner is always great and treats us very well. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful.

The house is very inviting and has a cozy feeling that made all of us feel comfortable. My daughters enjoyed the “super comfy couches” and playing with the puzzles. Location is wonderful and will be planning to be back.

Perfect Little Place

We loved the amount of space this house had! We had plenty of space for the 5 of us, and would’ve been comfortable if we had a bigger group next time! The house was stocked unlike other places I’ve stayed that have had only 2 plates and a tooth pick. Linda was lovely to deal with given the circumstances with the storm on our initial weekend. Never felt more comfortable in a business transaction

The only disadvantage to the property was the extremely steep driveway that was a bit difficult to navigate at times especially with having multiple guests. Otherwise we had a love trip and the house was wonderful.

Great location

My small Girl Scout troop used this house as our base while we drove to Fort Fisher State Recreation Area for the beach and the nearby aquarium. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. The driveway is VERY steep. I'm glad both adults had SUVs!

Family & Fishing :)

We couldn't have asked for a better location and set up for us to take the fishing boat. There was plenty of room for the boat/trailer and our truck. We like to fish on Snow's Cut, and we were just minutes away from the boat landing. Conveniently located to Carolina Beach Boardwalk for the kids and restaurants. Also, the neighborhood is good for walking or riding bikes. Linda was the perfect hostess. We would definitely stay again.

Loved it!

Upon arrival the house was spotless with enough room for my whole family. It was very good neighborhood as well and loved how it was so close to the beach, and many other attractions around. The house was beautiful and my family and i enjoyed our stay and would stay here again 10/10
