  • Se sentirá como en casa aquí en este hermoso oasis frente al mar, que está equipado con todas las comodidades para una excelente estadía, así que simplemente descanse, relájese y disfrute del ambiente acogedor que irradia este encantador espacio. Recién renovado después del huracán Florencia y nuevo en el mercado de alquiler.
    La sala de estar, cuidadosamente cuidada, ofrece sofás de cuero, TV con cable y wifi para que pueda relajarse después de un día en la playa. El sofá grande también se puede utilizar para dormir un invitado adicional. La magnífica cocina con todo, desde utensilios de cocina hasta cubiertos y electrodomésticos ofrece la oportunidad de preparar su propia comida.
    ¡Salga a la cubierta desde la sala de estar o el dormitorio y sumérjase en las vistas! ¡No querrá perderse los amaneceres en las cómodas tumbonas y la taza de café (o tal vez requiera una mimosa) definitivamente vale la pena levantarse temprano! Un lugar perfecto para ver la noche relajarse con un libro o simplemente una copa de vino.
    La piscina está a solo unos pasos y hay un pequeño garaje para guardar su equipo de playa. El estacionamiento está justo en frente y el acceso a la playa está bajando los escalones y allí mismo.
    Nuestro objetivo es proporcionar un ambiente acogedor para que nuestros huéspedes se relajen y disfruten. No se pierda este fabuloso condominio de apartamentos ubicado en el segundo piso, que cuenta con todas las comodidades para una estadía increíble.

Beautiful condo with amazing view !

We had an amazing time here! The view and sound of the waves were perfect and we loved being close to the beach and boardwalk but on the quieter end of the beach . Look forward to coming back !

A excellent spot in Carolina Beach. The condo was pristine and very well-equipped. We loved sitting on the covered porch watching the activity on the beach and listening to the ocean. Walking into town along the shore was easy, and there are lots of great places to grab a bite or a beverage. The ferry to Southport also made for a nice day trip. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and when we return we plan to stay here!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The views from the patio of the sunrise and moonrise over the water were amazing. The unit was lovely with the perfect beachy vibe and had every little thing you could possibly need. The pullout sofa was even comfy and that never happens! We had a bit of an issue at check in (not the owner’s fault) but the owner was immediately accessible and quickly made it right. Very friendly hosts with great communication. Highly recommend this unit for a perfect relaxing getaway.

The condo is just as shown in the puctures with several items to use incase you forgot something & lots of kitchen items (much appreciated).The location is right next to beach access path and I have stayed all over coast you really can't get anymore "on the beach" if you tried. We enjoyed the tiki bar right down street & walked over to Dredge to watch the marina action & sunset while having bevs. Drive to town is easy or there is a gulf cart taxi thats inexpensive. & have bevs.

Amazing View!

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this very nice beachfront condo. Neat and clean with an amazing view. We spent most of our time enjoying the view from the deck. Will definitely go back!

Beach vacation of a lifetime!!

Renee and Bill's beach home was exactly as described. It was the perfect get away! A gorgeous view of the ocean from the porch and a lovely kitchen were the highlights of our stay. The location could not have been better, a 5 minute drive from the shops in town. I loved it and can not reccomend this beach condo enough!!

Amazing view

Relaxing beautiful views and easy access to beach. This is our second VRBO unit we rented and we’re not impressed the first time so we were very nervous this time as well, but having said that and This being our first time to Carolina beach Bill and Renee have set the bar very high for other VRBO owners. Wonderful!

My husband and I really enjoyed this condo. Everything we needed and the location was amazing. Sure, we had to walk on the road a bit before accessing beach, but it was not far at all! Also loved the tiki bar which was a very short walk! My only complaint was it was colder than we hoped for so could not enjoy the pool. Maybe next time. Renee was also great to work with. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay right on the beach, this is your condo.

Very clean and tasteful condo

Super clean and updated. Comfy bed!! We were seriously disappointed when we arrived to find the closest beach access was a block away, and that the pool is across the street. We made do, the beach cart provided was most appreciated. Overall we had a great beach trip, but we wouldn't book again just because of the lack of beach access. You cannot get closer to the water though, gorgeous views.

1st Wedding Anniversary Trip

This was the best beach trip we have had in a long time plus it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary! The property had such a gorgeous view of the ocean that we got to enjoy everyday. It was so peaceful and relaxing there and the condo was very clean. We absolutely loved to get up and watch the sunrise over the ocean while eating our breakfast on the balcony every morning. The location of the condo is not far from the boardwalk and many restaurants so it was in a great location for sure. We definitely want to come back here again in the future!

Amazing!

We love staying on the Northside of Carolina Beach! This property was just as explained. It’s about 1.5 miles from the boardwalk which is a perfect stroll down the beach feeling the wind from the ocean in your hair and sand in your toes. We postponed our 15 yr anniversary because of Covid restrictions so this trip was to celebrate our 15th. Renee and Bill went above to make it special. Everything was perfect! Thank you both so much for letting us rent your place.

Great Condo in a Great Location

My wife and I stayed in this condo and have zero complaints. Clean, everything communicated was correct, great communication with the owner and caretaker, fantastic views out of the balcony, will 100% be coming back in the future. I would most definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect oceanfront retreat

This was the perfect oceanfront retreat for my husband and myself. You can't be any closer to the ocean without being in it! The view from the deck is amazing! While there is no direct access to the beach at the condo, there is access just down the street. You can also walk to Freeman Park from here. The condo itself was very clean and very nicely updated. All of the pictures are accurate! It has everything you will want or need for your stay. The property owners are great to deal with and are ready to help with any issues although, I'm happy to say, we had none. The housekeeper is even available if needed. Highly recommend!!
