  • Enjoy your time away from home in your own private oasis! This 1/2 acre, fully fenced-in property has a beautifully landscaped saltwater pool and is everything you need after a day at the beach. The fenced-in yard gives you peace of mind with kids and pets. The property is located 5-10 minutes from Carolina beach, 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and 15-20 minutes from Wrightsville beach. The large yard leaves plenty of room for an evening family whiffle ball game or a sport of your choice! The large driveway also has a basketball goal and plenty of room for parking. If indoor activities are more your style, we have a ping pong table and dart board located in the garage along with a 65" Smart TV in the living room. We look forward to you enjoying this place as much as we have and seeing what southeastern North Carolina has to offer!

Beautiful home and a great location. House was well stocked with everything you would need. The pool area is shaded perfectly after a day at the beach. Hosts were very responsive and check-in and out was smooth. Great experience!

This property was incredible for our family vacation. The spacious bedrooms and bathrooms make it feel like home. The fenced yard gave us plenty of space to run around with our dog, play volleyball, and hang out. We also absolutely loved spending time playing basketball in the driveway, playing ping pong in the garage, and swimming in the pool every day! The location is also perfect! Close to the beach, boardwalk, shops, Wilmington, etc. I cannot recommend this place enough, it has been wonderful staying here for our NC trip.

Wonderful private bungalow to bring yourself or your family to while mounting an exploratory vacation to the Wilmington area. Easy driving access to all the locations you'd want to visit while having a place to call and feel like home.

Family get together

Spent Memorial Day Weekend with our 2 sons, daughter in law and 2 grandkids. Great place to stay. Pool was a huge hit, large fenced in yard made a great place to play games. Home is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice stay

My family and I had an amazing time enjoying the home, beach and local crabbing. The home was beautiful and the communication with the owners was great, they were readily available if needed.

Great stay - so close to Carolina Beach!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was so nice - living room was large enough for all to gather in the mornings and evenings. Toys/games in garage were a nice perk. Many great amenities. The pool was the highlight and big enough for our family to all be in with floats!

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed in!! Home is clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property is well maintained and so awesome to have a private pool just steps from the house. So nice, great location… loved everything!!

This is a great family property. There is a huge fenced in yard and tons of activities on the property for kids. The beds are super comfortable and the house is clean and modern. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful trip at this location. The home was beautiful and very clean. The fenced yard was huge and very well maintained! We loved the pool area as well. Communication with the host was excellent, with a quick response when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. We also appreciated all the little details, and having things like soap and toilet paper when we arrived so that we didn’t have to rush to the store immediately. We found the location convenient. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach, and less than that to restaurants and stores. As others have mentioned, you do hear the traffic on the road at night time, but we traveled with a white noise machine which helped to mask this. Just something to be aware of if you have a sensitive sleeper :)

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Had everything we needed and more! Hosts were extremely responsive to our inquiries. Convenient to everything, but far enough out of the way that it wasn’t congested. Definitely on our list of places we will come back to!

Outdoor area and pool were wonderful. Kitchen-dining layout perfect for our group. Decor, furniture, atmosphere all designed for relaxing. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation! From the start of our vacation Jarrett and Sandy made our vacation one of the best! They were always there if you needed them. The house from inside to outside with the pool was fabulous! Just cannot say enough about our experience! Thank you Jarrett and Sandy!

Anniversary trip

We had a great time, the pool and ping pong table was a big hit. The whole house was clean, nicely furnished, and it just a good place to hang out with family. Our dog loved the doggie door! Part of our family rented a condo on the beach and it wasn't too far of a drive.

Family vacation

This house was amazing! We brought our 3 boys that range from age 9-17 and they all had a great time. We all played ping ping and did a lot of swimming in the awesome pool. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!
