"The only way we could enter our room was by being escorted by staff because the keycard system was down, the shower wouldn’t stop overflowing and the gym had no air conditioning. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the staff wasn’t too helpful. Won’t be returning!"

"We live 2 hours away from the airport. We had an early flight-6am. We chose to stay here because of the convenience, boy, was it ever! Free shuttles from 4am on.
