"Hotel was very clean, room seemed very clean, all staff were friendly and helpful."

"I noticed several young people arguing...they may have been drinking or using something. The lock on my door couldn't be locked from the inside.Someone had used som air freshener rather than cleaning and my husbajnd has asthma. i decided not to stay. I booked thru Experian or similar and they had no record of my reservation. "

" It was a Little dirty in the bathroom wife had to clean before she took shower. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as higher priced places But was comfortable. "

"The hotel is beautiful! It is clean and decorated well. I always enjoy my stay. I go to the tri cities monthly and now only stay at Carnegie. I tried other hotels the first few trips. Now I only book Carnegie. I hope to get a massage there soon! "

"Breakfast was only a choice of waffles, or biscuits n gravy. There was also cereal or toast available. It was not very good tasting. Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check...

"We enjoyed our visit very much. The staff was extremely friendly and flexible for our needs. The facility is dated, but they work hard to keep things tidy and comfortable. It’s easy to reach and just a minute or two from several food venues. We’ll definitely go there again. "
