This is the largest one room model available on the newest and prettiest street in gated Kingsmill on the James River condo area. Quick walk to beach to see Busch Gardens' summer fireworks! (not part of Kingsmill Resort, to use pool and resort, please book directly through the resort**)
Built by and adjacent to Busch Gardens, situated at the quiet end of the street on the top floor, surrounded by nature, it feels like being in a tree house. Not a resort condotel, this suite offers the comforts of home including own hvac system, microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker (not a kitchen), coffees, teas, breakfast foods, and private balcony with beautiful sunrises backing to the wooded lake.. Walk to the spa for pampering or the Mill Cafe and eat on the beautiful outdoor terrace, or walk down to the marina beach to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets over the James River no other lodging in Williamsburg offers and watch the Busch Gardens Summer fireworks... There is also tennis, lakes stocked for fishing, basketball courts, soccer field, playgrounds, tot lots, pickleball, and picnic areas with barbecues at one of three recreation centers... or order great food at Eagles restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner, or excellent food at Maurizio's or the Whaling Company.... Swim in our own lovely beach, restroom and shower there at the marina house.. try golfing at the famous Green or Gold Coast at Golden Horseshoe or just explore the treasured historic ruins including the first English settlement right here on Kingsmill grounds within walking distance... Admire the lovely estates on the James, take the ferry to historic Surry and dine at the Surry Seafood Company, visit the historic Beach Village at Yorktown where Washington won our independence, spend a day following the Williamsburg Tasting Trail, or try you're lucky Colonial Downs Racetrack and casino!

**Please note the unit is in Kingsmill on the James River, not Kingsmill Resort...there's beach access, for dogs too, but not pool....to use on pool and resort facilities, please book directly through the resort. *The spa is available with your stay!

Great location, peaceful and quiet
This property was great for a quick vacation trip for my mom and I and my pup. The location was great and the area was so calm and relaxing. Gayle was great help before the trip when I had to adjust the stay due to a scheduling conflict. We felt safe and welcomed and would definitely come back. The only minor thing I noticed was the room could use a slightly more thorough cleaning and dusting. Otherwise absolutely great stay and would recommend!

Great Location with Warm Touches
Stayed here with my husband and 1.5 year old. Loved that we were right across from the playground and the area was good for walks. The host added a lot of personal touches to the room; we especially appreciated the books for bedtime.

Quick trip to Williamsburg
Perfect location. Very near to both Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. Overlooks a nice pond with ducks, quick walk to the dock. Perfect for our needs. Property Manager kept in touch prior to trip. We did not need to contact her during the visit.

Wonderful location!
Property is conveniently located to be able to visit Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Unit is very well taken care of and communication with owner was excellent! Loved being able to bring our dogs - lots of places to safely walk throughout the neighborhood and they loved the beach area near the water.

Wonderful peaceful stay
The community of Kings Mill was so beautiful and peaceful. The property itself was very easy to find, had everything you needed, and a scenic view. We would hope to stay again sometime.
