I loved my stay there. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Loved the size of the room. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. After issues with another hotel, this hotel staff was very understanding and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The whole building was dirty. The carpet in my room was stained and the room non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. The shower had long black hair definitely not mine and the rim of the toilet under the seat diarrhea splatter, again not mine. The whole place was in complete disrepair and in a bad need for a complete renovation. I guess you get what you pay for. I checked out after the first night and went to the holiday inn.

For the cost of the room it was OK. The king suite was large, two room but the room needed refurnishing. There were very few plugs so charging was not easy. The water was not hot just warm and the sinks and tub had no stoppers. The kitchen area had a full kitchen but housekeeping missed a large spill in the refrigerator.

The hotel smelled of drugs (in a non-smoking facility) pet friendly and dog doings in main lobby not cleaned in over 24 hours and car port checking was not cleaned. The rooms were run down. Carpet’s dirty and stained. Curtains were old stained - the tile in doorways was off and laying on floor. Kitchen was dirty - floor was sticky and did not have clean amenities nor what was advertised to have. Bathroom had dirty walls, baseboards, floor and tub was stained. When asked to move rooms they did but it was the same way. Asked to change type of room no availability. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will be reporting it to their Corporate office.

I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone. As soon as you walk in,the reek of marijuana is unsupportable. The room was dirty overall: stained curtains,smelled bad,the bathroom is in bad conditions. The pictures do it some grace.

Convenient parking. Helpful staff. Lobby smelled like smoke and was unpleasant. Hallway on 2nd floor also smelled musty and smoky. Our 2nd floor room had sticky tile floors and carpet which was stained and not vacuumed. There was no breakfast available as had been noted on website (staff said that ended around Covid time). The toilet seat was broken and there were bugs in the bathroom. The cookware in the kitchen was less than adequate to prepare meals, and there was no dish soap with which to clean them. (I did acquire dishwasher pods from the front desk) The coffee maker worked well but the condiment packages were very old as the powdered creamer had become a solid sheet/cake and unusable. The AC worked well. Albeit noisy. There was very loud banging of equipment late into the evening either above or below our room that continued for almost an hour. Also loud screams by a woman or child or animal occurred in the evening, but I could not see activity outside our windows or place where the screams were coming from exactly. Very disappointed. We cut our 3-night stay in Williamsburg to just the one unpleasant night.

The property was very outdated and very unclean. We needed a place to stay for the night and it was the only place available last minute. It worked for what we needed but I would not necessarily recommend this place to anyone I care about. The room smelled like smoke though it was a non-smoking room. The air conditioner worked well. There was hot water, but it took a very long time to get warm.

Dirty floors and carpet. Do not walk in room in barefeet or even socks. They will get very dirty. We always wore shoes. Sheets, pillowcases, all dirty. Another person told me about a roach they found in their bathtub. There is a leak in the ceiling over the toilet. Dirty, rundown, seen better days. Do not stay here.

This was a very gross hotel. The smell in the halls was bad, and my room smelled so bad. I had to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. I could’ve handled it, but it also was not well Maintain. There was paint on the carpet when you first come in, paint was peeling off the door. The remote control was held together with tape, and you had to physically hold the whole thing together to even use it. Just a disgusting place.

The place is disgusting ! They have roaches , and they don’t even have face towels . The toilets are dirty and have orange crust on them . The rooms are non smoking rooms but smell like smoke and toileting problems . Staff are soooo rude and unhelpful. For some reason I got locked out of my room and my key card wouldn’t work the carpet is dishing but nothing was worse than the smell and roaches.

The front desk was great. Upon the arrival of the hotel room. As soon as we entered I knew from the smell it was no where I was interested in staying. The cabinet doors were falling off. Mold under the sink. Toilet was running. Towels were dirty. Floor dirty not vacuumed also no coffee maker. Door dead bolt was broken. List goes on and on. I lasted for 30 min before packing my bags and driving back home. Do much for a 4th of July weekend. Don’t let the pictures full you on the internet.

The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.
