Tastfully decorated indoor spaces offer ample room for an amazing Northern Michigan getaway. The huge, wooded backyard provides a great spot to enjoy coffee on the deck, al fresco meals and chipping practice from the pro mat to a 65 yard golf flag.

Sleeping / Dressing Areas:

7 Private Bedrooms which include 2 Kings, 4 queens and 1 double bed offer the opportunity to host large groups. All Bedrooms include a "Smart TV" and 5 of them offer full "Makeup" areas with lighted mirrors along with 3.5 Bathrooms. This makes the "Get Ready" experience seamless before hitting the town, ceremony or wineries!

Kitchen/ Dining Areas:

Large, well equipped Kitchen offers multiple sitting areas including a Dining Table for 8. A 65" Smart TV will keep the group in touch with Scores while entertaining.

Outdoor Deck Area:

Huge Multi Tier Deck walks out from both the Kitchen and Dining Area. The deck has multiple seating areas including a Dining Table, Firepit Table and sun loungers.

Backyard:

Bring your clubs and enjoy the 65 yard chipping area from a golf mat to an actual pin and cup! Great area to warm up before a round or just challenge the group to a wager with a "Closest to the pin" contest.

Whitetail Deer, Fox, and lots of other wildlife can be observed along with the occasional visit from a pair of Bald Eagles.

2 Full Living Rooms:

Main floor you will find a spacious, vaulted living room perfect for relaxing, playing games and sharing some quality time. The 70 inch Smart TV is perfect for catching a game or binging your fav show!

Basement Living Room offers two full sofas, a bar rail with 4 Stools and kitchenette to offer a completely separate area to entertain. A smart TV and Sound system will keep this group busy for hours.

Front yard:

Seasonal views of East Bay with ample room for yard games or enjoying the cool breeze off the water.

Neighborhood:

Quiet and Private wooded lot in a wonderful location to all things in the TC area. Walk to the Bay, and stop by Stone Hound Brewery or Bayview Bar and Grill to quench your thirst before the short walk back to the house. Very close proximity to Championship Golf and resort amenities at the Grand Traverse Resort. Downtown TC is only a mere 6 miles and countless "Day trip" excursions are very easily accessible from this ideal spot.

Recreation:

This house is one block from the TART Trail which connects to miles of walking and biking opportunities.

Bring your kayaks to enjoy a serene trip around the south end of East Bay. The crystal clear and often calm water offers a great chance to enjoy the beauty of the area while being on the water. Very shallow boat launch is less that 1/4 mile from the house.

Fishing / Jet Skis and motor boats can be dropped in from multiple public ramps on both East and West Bays. The Driveway is plenty large to accommodate even large trailers.

Flint Fields is only 4 miles or a six minute drive giving you an ideal location to have as a temporary home base for the shows.

The house is equipped with a SONOS Music system throughout. Music and volume can be controlled in each room (Including the deck) independently or play the same music throughout the whole house. This is a great feature to set a mood and is very uncommon in a short term rental home. (Host is a music nut!)
