  • Getaway to this newly remodeled home in Williams, AZ! Our private, fenced in property on a quarter acre is perfect for large groups of all kinds! This home is within walking distance to downtown, and is just under a 10 minute drive from The Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, The Grand Canyon Deer farm, and The Canyon Coaster Adventure Park! Our updated and spacious home is the perfect spot for your next Northern Arizona adventure!

    Open concept remodeled kitchen and living spaces, dining room and eat in kitchen island make this a great space for large groups. Four bedrooms that sleep 12 guests plus a baby means you can bring all your friends or extended family. Fully fenced private yard with a gate means your littles can run around in safety, plenty of outdoor seating to supervise. We are very secluded at the end of a cul de sac and less than five minute drive to downtown shopping, dining and fun! The quaint sounds of the train throughout your day will remind you how close you are to history. Make the Getaway your next vacation destination!

    You will have access to the entire property and all the amenities. There is only a storage room off the laundry and outside shed that are locked from guest access. The shed will eventually become a cool hangout space for teens and tweens, so be sure to check back with us in the future!

    Our private rental is equipped with self check in and self check out, however we are always a message or phone call away if anything is needed.

    Quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the Grand Canyon railway.

    Walk, bike or drive to downtown Williams and Route 66. Plenty of parking on the property or in the carport.
    Smoking on premises is subject to $500 fine.

    Evidence of animals is subject to $500 fine.

    No parties or events please.

House was just as advertised, clean and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. Very close to "downtown" so you can hear the train and walk to downtown

Charming House and Town!

Super clean and cute home/property! Short walk to the town and multiple places to shop and/or eat. Super charming and will definitely stay here again :)

Great location and an easy walk to town. The house worked well for multiple families, and the big backyard was a wonderful bonus. We did run into an issue with dirty sheets, but the host was very attentive and quick to resolve it. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return.

Great place to stay in Williams

Property was clean and easy to access. It is central to everything in Williams including the Grand Canyon railroad, Bearizona, and the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed our stay.

Host was very communicative and friendly. Our three families had a wonderful stay at this clean, beautiful house. Close walking distance to town and the Polar Express. Would definitely stay again!

Great property!

So glad that we chose this place to stay. Its walking distance to train station and downtown. Probably the best VRBO I have ever rented. Highly recommend and would stay here again for our next trip to Williams.

Family Getaway

The accommodations for our family was great, plenty of space for all 12 of us, The location was convenient, close to downtown and the interstate. The area was quiet. We enjoyed the backyard around the fire pit. It was nice to discover what Williams had to offer, the train ride to the Grand Canyon was a highlight!Thank you.

Lovely home in the heart of Williams

if you are going to fish at the lake - this is the place. close to the mercantile and an easy commute to the lake. the house was comfortable and the owners were very communicative and accommodating. we will stay again.

Middle School Stay-over Success

Paulo Freier Freedom School had 9 students on a field trip for historical Northern Arizona and this place was our perfect home to unwind and socialize in! I would definitely bring a group back here!

Car show & family getaway

Car show & cooler weather were a perfect getaway. House was nice 4 us cuz close to town & had everything we needed. Had to contact host a few times, but were very quick w responses. Very quiet neighborhood & a faint train sound was nice too. Would stay here again, thanks!

Perfect for our needs

Everything was what we needed. Owner was very responsive. Our group size changed over the months leading up to our stay. At any time, this place would accommodated our mixture of couples and singles. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Polar Express weekend

We have gone to Williams for the past 14 years to do the Polar Express train. This is our favorite property yet. The house was very clean, had every needed amenity, and we loved that we were a short walk to the train station. Sarah was communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. Hope to stay here for our next trip to Williams!

Great Getaway in Williams

We stayed in Williams for a long weekend. This property was clean, updated, and comfortable for us and our extended family. The house is walking distance to downtown Williams and to the Grand Canyon Railway. It was great to be able to walk and not deal with driving around. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Williams and visit the Grand Canyon using the railroad.
