Our home offers just over 1,500 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed living space, with 3 king beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Modern finishes and tasteful decor create a welcoming setting for families and friends to relax together after a day of exploring and sightseeing.

The home does not have a traditional dining table. Instead, guests can enjoy barstool seating at the kitchen island, comfortable seating in the living room, and outdoor dining on the deck with panoramic views.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Our home is located in beautiful rural setting. Please review the following details before booking so you can plan for a comfortable stay.

Access Road
The property is approximately one mile from Highway 64, on an unpaved dirt road. The road is privately maintained, but conditions can vary with weather, especially during winter storms or periods of heavy rain or snow. Please drive cautiously and check local road and weather conditions before traveling.

No Air Conditioning
The home does NOT have air conditioning. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and two additional ceiling fans are located in the living room to help circulate air. Temperatures vary throughout the year, and evenings in Northern Arizona can be much cooler than daytime temperatures.

Weather & Travel Insurance
Northern Arizona weather can change quickly, and snow, rain, or other conditions may affect travel plans and road access. We recommend considering travel insurance that fits your needs, particularly for winter visits or travel during periods of unpredictable weather (e.g., monsoon season)

Water
Our home uses hauled water, meaning water is delivered by truck and stored in an underground tank rather than supplied by a municipal water system. We don't want you to compromise your comfort; we simply ask that you be mindful of water usage and avoid unnecessary waste during your stay. We also have a whole-house water filtration and UV purification system but recommend bringing bottled water for your stay.

Septic System
The home also uses a septic system rather than a municipal sewer connection. Please flush toilet paper only—no wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, or other items—and avoid pouring grease down the drains. These small precautions help keep the system working properly.
