There is plenty of space, a leather sofa and chairs, a well-stocked kitchen, high-end mattresses, linens, and towels. It is within walking distance of the train and downtown. Just minutes to Bearizona. Only 60 Minutes to the Grand Canyon or Sedona, which makes it the perfect spot for your Northern AZ Adventures.

Once you get here, you will not want to leave. I have created this beautiful living space for travelers to enjoy and relax. You will be immersed in color and art as soon as you enter the home. There are several spots to sit after a day of travel or adventures. Once you have settled in and are ready for a great meal, you will find the kitchen well-stocked and all the supplies to be of excellent quality. You can control your environment with central heat and air conditioning along with dimmers on the main lights.

If you are a fan of good coffee, you will be content here. There are several brewing options and a high-quality burr grinder for the perfect cup.

The bedrooms each have queen size beds and extremely comfortable mattresses. Each room has a ceiling fan, a full-size closet, two bedside tables, and a reading lamp. You will find drawers for clothing storage under the beds and hangers in the closets. The curtains are blackout style so you can sleep in after the sun comes up. You will also find a 55" TV in one of the bedrooms.

There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub. The toilet and other fixtures are all new and there is a large-capacity washer and dryer for guest use.

The kitchen is very well equipped. It has all new appliances including a built-in microwave. The countertops are all new and there is ample place to cook and store items. Plenty of pots and pans, knives, baking dishes, and serving pieces exist. To finish it off with that professional touch we installed under-cabinet lighting.

This is a mixed residential neighborhood with new and older homes. This apartment is in a four-unit complex. It sits in a residential neighborhood. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
