Located in Williams, Arizona, this condo is about a 10–15 minute walk to historic Route 66, downtown restaurants and shops, and the Grand Canyon Railway station. It is a convenient home base for visiting the Grand Canyon South Rim, Bearizona, Flagstaff, Sedona, Kaibab National Forest, and other Northern Arizona destinations.

The kitchen is one of the standout features of this Williams condo. It includes a new countertop, under-cabinet lighting, built-in microwave, stainless steel 4-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, hot water kettle, quality cookware, high-quality knives, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and cooking basics.

The curated coffee bar includes multiple brewing options, a pour-over setup, burr grinder, coffee maker, complimentary regular and decaf coffee, tea, sugar, and cream. It is a guest-favorite feature and a great way to start the morning before heading to the Grand Canyon, Route 66, or Bearizona.

Sleeping Setup and Comfort

The condo sleeps up to 4 guests with two queen bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both bedrooms include comfortable linens, room-darkening shades, ceiling fans, closet storage, and extra pillows and blankets. One bedroom also includes a TV.

The living area includes comfortable seating, dimmable lighting, and a Smart TV. The kitchen table works well for dining, remote work, or planning your Grand Canyon day trip.

Parking and EV Charging

Guests have two dedicated parking spaces, including one space directly outside the front door.

Free EV charging is available through a shared 240V / 50 amp RV-style outlet. Guests should bring their own charging cable and adapter. Because the EV outlet is shared with the other Humbolt units, availability may be first come, first served.

Good to Know

This is a single-level condo in a small residential condo setting. The home is not pet-friendly, has one full bathroom, and does not have a dishwasher. Outdoor space is limited to a small shared courtyard, with no private patio, BBQ, or major outdoor hangout area.

For guest safety and property security, an exterior security camera monitors the parking lot only. There are no cameras inside the condo or in private spaces. Occasional train noise may be heard, which is common in Williams.
