GETTING HERE
The property sits on a dirt road accessible by most vehicles. During heavy rain, monsoon season, or snow, AWD or 4WD is recommended. Feel free to message us about current road conditions anytime.


This is a true off-grid home powered by solar energy. Electricity and water are slightly limited -- electric space heaters and EV charging are not available. Water is trucked in from a local well, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of usage. Everything else you need for a comfortable stay is here!

Other things to note:

This home is located on a dirt road that is easily navigated. It can get bumpy/muddy at times during hard rains or monsoon season. Most vehicles can navigate just fine. If you’re staying during a hard rain, monsoon, or snow storm then we would suggest bringing a 4x4 vehicle. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask.
